Whenever I go through the Drive-Thru, the employees never get my order right. Please don't go to this Dunkin if you want to get accommodations with your orders. I am severely lactose intolerant and I specifically asked for Skim Milk, but I got whole milk with my drink. I sat on the toilet for the whole day. I also bought two mango pineapple lemonade refreshers and they gave me tea despite me ordering lemonade. I'm also allergic to tea.

Well you have someone working on drive threw who doesn't speak nor understand English very well, great idea... So I said wat I wanted, just a reg coffee and some donut holes... She ready my order back aloud in her language (middle eastern, I'm an AMERICAN, I us ENGLISH), I just said " sorry I don't understand what you said" she followed that up with MOVE!!!, not sorry or even attempting to to use any proper English or customer service skills, "move, you move NOW!"
No problem, I LEFT! moneys tight and $4 for a coffee is high, and your going to be rude to me, I'll just go to another place.
This whole experience sucks since I've been to this one many of times in the past with no issues, first time on Sunday....and my last... I'll go another time to see if this rude middle eastern woman is always on the drive thru, I usually go in, but either way, this is unacceptable behavior for customer service.

I don't know who's back there making the avocado toast with bacon, but the two times I've gone to this location, they've hooked me up with the best avocado toast with bacon I've ever had in my life. They make it perfectly. I've gotten a lot of them from different locations and it's usually a miss, but they make it right here.

horrible, they charged me for hash browns that i didnt even order and noticed until i got to window she mentioned a different price. i looked in the bag and saw hash browns i told the lady at window that i didnt want it. she goes thats fine and told me to keep it, i said no again its mine she still said its fine keep it but now in aggressive way, i asked for my receipt she got nervous i told her i was charged for hash browns that i didnt even order … she yells at me now saying “ okay thats fine go” i told her i wanted a refund she yells at me again saying “ okay go around” i told her no this isnt my mistake i didnt order this “ she then told yelled at me again” okay go aroundd go around “ … i did not want to ruin late to work so i left …. never ever ever come back

Don't go here there is many other dunkins.... they give you leftovers from the day b4..... they also lie.... I ordered 2 sandwiches and hashbrowns one morning.... the hashbrowns were nasty not even my dog would eat it!.... they also charged me for 2 sandwiches and I got 1 only.... I should have looked when they gave me it then they laughed pretty much said I was lying and then they try asking for a receipt which they didn't give me ..... these workers are extremely rude and lie and when things r nasty they put a smile on there face like a robot.... I can't wait for AI to take these jobs away because so many people take their job for granted and treat people like trash period. There is a better dukin 2 min from this one go there.
