I don’t understand… why are we putting hot hasbrowns next to frosted donuts that melt the frosting. Last thing I want is a sticky mess on my way to work. Not friendly, forget napkins often, and don’t ever apologize for messing something up.

I stopped in to use the washroom and get some doughnuts. The washroom was locked and said for customers only. I was going to buy something but decided not. Dunkin’ doughnuts has gone down hill and forcing people to buy something is ridiculous.

The only good thing about this location is its proximity to my home. The current owner is rude and unapologetic EVERY time they make an error, which is nearly each trip. I've been yelled at for arriving too early! They are so unfriendly, I will not be returning, despite the convenience. This business does not deserve my patronage.

The guy who handed me my coffee nails was so disgusted i almost dropped the coffee. And the cup was so dirty. He was polite that’s the only reason i gave it 2 stars but man please keep your hygiene up to par. That’s so gross working in the food industry. I did not drink it and did not have time to pitch a B. bc i had to get to work lol.

Ever since management changed several months ago everything went downhill. All the staff of ladies that use to be here in the mornings at peak hours are gone. Now they have 1-2 people working during peak hours.
Love Dunkin’ food… HATE Dunkin’s coffee. The employees are amazing. There was a drunk driver in the parking lot and a homeless man following me in my car.
