The products I bought came with well chocolate cover hands this is not exclusive to this store more lately I have observed that Indians are taking charge of several Dukin stores and I am a loyal customer of the brand and observed this detail the quality is plummeting.

Waited 45 minutes for a box of hot chocolate. Employee kept saying 5 more minutes. Hot chocolate had to be brought from another store.
This was my first time at this location, I always get the same drink but this time it was exceptional!!!!!! It was made so quick and the young man Ali working was so friendly!!! Will definitely be coming back to this location

Never coming back to this location, on my way to work I usually have a few minutes to grab a coffee, but there’s only one guy who moves incredibly slow, like in slow motion. Waited for a longer time than needed for my coffee and food
