Horrible customer service! The lady that answered the phone was so rude, i told her one order had this and that type of tacos , the second this and that, and the third was also different. Tell me why all rude she stated I’m sorry but we pack all the same type of meat tacos together (ex all asada in one and all chicken in one) I explained but I need them packed each individual order separately cause each order is for different people. Honestly this is the first restaurant who had an issue packing each order separately and the way she spoke to me just got to me. The way she was talking to me seemed as if we kept the order she was going to spit in them so we canceled the order. I don’t know what is her deal but she needs to get that attitude fixed or find another job that will make her happy.
Food is great but beware ordering over the phone there is extreme difficult in communication twice my order for four burritos two with no beans was wrong calling back they told me that they repeated the order including beans. The receipt that came with the food clearly indicates no beans.

Terrible service. This place is not worth the wait. If you have over a hour to hangout and wait for an order you were told would take 20minutes this is the place for you.
1 burrito over an hour wait when the place was at 25% capacity. Will not be coming back.

Ordered 2 tacos de cabeza and I think it’s my favorite taco place for now. I live 45 mins away so definitely worth it(also my girl lives around the area). Well seasoned meat, perfect tortillas and last but not least
The red salsa was amazing :)
Unfortunately I forgot to take a picture because it was a carry out order.

Disappointing First Visit
It was our first time, and tthe El Molcajete felt stingy and even came missing the chorizo it’s supposed to include for $24.99. We were also charged extra for tortillas. When we asked for a proper container for the salsa, we were given one that could spill, and it was a struggle just to get a simple styrofoam cup—the staff seemed unwilling to provide it. Overall, not worth the price or the hassle.
