Wings: small, broken, so hard to eat and hardly any meat. The way the are cooked would be great... if there was something to the Wings. Not sure how you even get them in such a horrible quality.
Garlic bread with cheese: dry, not much flavor. Should've passed on it. Waste of money 💯
Pizza: well... i got the wrong pizza type. Deepdish. Was supposed to get a regular pizza with stuffed crust which was +$4. Pizza sauce on top was dried out, no stuffed crust. Honestly had i known i was gonna get the deepdish i would've ordered from lumalnatis or giordanos.
The jalepeno poppers and breaded mushrooms: nothing to brag about.
Overall... very disappointed. Food is expensive especially when you get pizza and Wings. When both suck you gotta wonder how they even stay afloat. I would be surprised if the workers brought this stuff home for themselves. I'm sure if it's free they would but otherwise they'd probably pass. I know i will be. 1 and done. 1 star is too many. Goodluck staying open. Your food is nothing to be proud of.

The new owners of this place have sent the service and food completely downhill. Complete waste of your money. Just spent $75 on pasta that I had to season myself, that had no bread to accompany it. After calling to ask if we still received garlic bread with orders, had terrible customer service on the phone where they offered me free pieces of bread next time. We miss Franco. Those days are gone. Ready for a new restaurant to move up the street.

Parking: Finding Parking on Friday nights is horrible here, mostly because the businesses in this strip mall are very busy. It's good for the local economy though.

Franco's used to be the best pizza joint outside of Chicago. I moved to Plainfield 16 years ago and fell in love with the pizza. Even when my hard-core Chicagoan family would come over, they'd ask ahead of time if we could order from Franco's. They knew your name, your order, and the delivery driver even knew your dog's name. It's just not any of that anymore. The pizza isn't the same, the service isn't the same, and the quality isn't the same. It's truly the end of a Plainfield institution in my opinion.

Franco is our go to pizza place. It's convenient, not a big name brand box store and the owner, Franco, is a nice guy. Pizza is delicious, the cost is reasonable (they offer coupons) and the staff was friendly. Never had any issues with food (I have had a competitor send a blacken pizza before) and our favorite is the double dough cheese pizza. 5 stars, yo.

Small businesses that work hard need to be acknowledged. Franco’s is THE go to place for fresh, friendly, and fast service. I order when my family needs a quick and delicious meal. Their pizza is very good, so I highly reccommend it. We order the thin crust, reminds me of a real classic pizza! Yummy! Thank you Franco’s for your continued service over the years.

I’ve been ordering pizza at Franco’s since they opened. I’ve ordered several times since the new owners took over. The prices are ridiculous for what you get. The dough is paper thin and the ingredients seem to be of poorer quality. The sausage is bad and the sauce is too. I tried the pizza several times since the new owners took over and I think it got worse each time. What a shame now I have to find a new pizza place.

We come to this place all the time. It's our go to pizza place. Never have any complaints. This past visit our order got a little confused but they did more than expected to correct the mistake and make it right. No other pizza compares.

I never write reviews, but this place has been terrible for the last few months. First they got our order wrong and second I’ve never had a pizza that had zero taste. It was like stale, flavorless bread. I have been getting pizza from here for close to 10 years and it has become inedible. A frozen pizza would be an upgrade.
