Franco’s has fantastic pizza. Over the years I’ve probably ordered pizza from here over 20 times and I’ve never had an issue. I live right east of downtown Plainfield, so not close at all but delivery is always timely! Try the bosco sticks with your order, they’re so amazing.

Franco’s used to have great sandwiches. Not anymore. I ordered the Chicken Parmesan sandwich which used to have a full, plump and delicious chicken breast under all the toasted cheese. Today, it was made with a small chicken strip topped with cheese. The bread was overcooked and hard. This will be my last time ordering from Franco’s.

This place used to be my favorite place to order pizza from, now it’s hit or miss. It’s a shame what happened to this once great restaurant. Hopefully they turn it around.

I think we just order our last pizza from Franco's ! it was over cooked like almost burnt and dry from the lack of sauce.

Really bummed about Franco’s. When we first moved, we loved it and ordered regularly. However, the last few orders (spread out because we keep giving it a chance after a few months off) have been bad. Cardboard crust, smaller pizzas. Today will be our last order from them. First, the total cost wasn’t even close to what was on their website (about $10 off when I did the math). I did not get an itemized receipt so unclear why the cost was so different than website. The sauce was awful — we got Bosco sticks, and the sauce was multiple huge chunks of tomato (could barely dip the sticks), and it tasted very off from what it used to taste like. Pasta was bland and barely any flavor — all things we’ve ordered previously. Also, noticed no more menus to collect for a free pizza. Overall, disappointing because we loved it when we first ordered!

This was our go to since they opened. Once the new owners took over, things changed. I noticed immediately the pizza felt lighter in the box. Not bad, but not what it was. One of my faves there is their panzerotti. They have the sauce inside unlike a lot of places. Franco would always make mine extra large. I've probably ordered 40 of them over the years, but not sure I will again. 3 times ago it was overcooked, not golden brown but dark brown, with a burnt taste. A month later I tried again, same thing. I usually don't complain, but I took pics of it and went in a week letter, explained how it was overcooked again and showed the photos. The young woman at the register agreed and gave me a free one. Overcooked and burnt tasting again. Not sure if dough is different, oven is hotter or what. I miss their excellent panzerottis!
