I think we just order our last pizza from Franco's ! it was over cooked like almost burnt and dry from the lack of sauce.

Really bummed about Franco’s. When we first moved, we loved it and ordered regularly. However, the last few orders (spread out because we keep giving it a chance after a few months off) have been bad. Cardboard crust, smaller pizzas. Today will be our last order from them. First, the total cost wasn’t even close to what was on their website (about $10 off when I did the math). I did not get an itemized receipt so unclear why the cost was so different than website. The sauce was awful — we got Bosco sticks, and the sauce was multiple huge chunks of tomato (could barely dip the sticks), and it tasted very off from what it used to taste like. Pasta was bland and barely any flavor — all things we’ve ordered previously. Also, noticed no more menus to collect for a free pizza. Overall, disappointing because we loved it when we first ordered!

This was our go to since they opened. Once the new owners took over, things changed. I noticed immediately the pizza felt lighter in the box. Not bad, but not what it was. One of my faves there is their panzerotti. They have the sauce inside unlike a lot of places. Franco would always make mine extra large. I've probably ordered 40 of them over the years, but not sure I will again. 3 times ago it was overcooked, not golden brown but dark brown, with a burnt taste. A month later I tried again, same thing. I usually don't complain, but I took pics of it and went in a week letter, explained how it was overcooked again and showed the photos. The young woman at the register agreed and gave me a free one. Overcooked and burnt tasting again. Not sure if dough is different, oven is hotter or what. I miss their excellent panzerottis!

Franco’s has been my favorite for over 10 years! They always make me feel like family when I go in there. Let’s not forget the delivery girl! We love her such contagious positive nice energy! 10/10

Got a message food was ready, I go to pick up and they screwed the order up, they put another order when I got there. Worst freaking service, won't go there again. I ordered a pizza and Bosco sticks, driving home it was fries and a different pizza, drive back and got the order, I check in the car, they got it right finally, both taste like cardboard. They need to shut down...maybe if they spent less time talking and joking in the back, they might get an order right.

Being new to Plainfield, this was our first time ordering from Franco’s on 5/24/25. We got a deep dish pizza and it was delicious! It was exactly what I was hoping for.

Wings: small, broken, so hard to eat and hardly any meat. The way the are cooked would be great... if there was something to the Wings. Not sure how you even get them in such a horrible quality.
Garlic bread with cheese: dry, not much flavor. Should've passed on it. Waste of money 💯
Pizza: well... i got the wrong pizza type. Deepdish. Was supposed to get a regular pizza with stuffed crust which was +$4. Pizza sauce on top was dried out, no stuffed crust. Honestly had i known i was gonna get the deepdish i would've ordered from lumalnatis or giordanos.
The jalepeno poppers and breaded mushrooms: nothing to brag about.
Overall... very disappointed. Food is expensive especially when you get pizza and Wings. When both suck you gotta wonder how they even stay afloat. I would be surprised if the workers brought this stuff home for themselves. I'm sure if it's free they would but otherwise they'd probably pass. I know i will be. 1 and done. 1 star is too many. Goodluck staying open. Your food is nothing to be proud of.
