We’ve been coming to Freedom Brothers Pizza in Plainfield since we moved to the area a few years ago and have never been disappointed. Usually it's great, this time the 5 of weren't feeling well after starting to eat the appetizers and none of us finished even 1 slice of the Detroit style, crust was cold, dry, and hard; toppings were lukewarm at best. Perhaps it's because it was the Saturday after Thanksgiving, but neither the appetizers nor the Detroit style pizza nor the regular thin crust was very good this time.
The pizza was really different but so good! We tried a pepperoni Detroit pizza, burrata and honey pizza, and a chicken Chipotle pizza. All 3 were awesome! We tried some mixed cocktails that were all delicious as well. Definitely look forward to trying some more of their unique variations of pizza in the future!
