Great food/service, very accommodating of the kids too
I was not that impressed with fused. First I ordered the rigatoni and added the Waygu. On the menu it says $9. Then we got the bill and was charged $15 for it! The pasta was not worth the $45. For the price it didn’t give me a “wow” factor to come back
Our server was great tho!

Ok, I was prepared to be underwhelmed because I had heard such amazing things. Boy was I wrong. Omg. Blew me away. Presentation, taste and selection were all stellar. We had excellent service from Therese.
I will definitely be back. Everyone loved their food. Fries were delish! I ordered them as a side as the poke bowl didn't come with them. They were really good.
The vibe feels fancy and I really like the atmosphere a lot.

I recently had a disappointing experience at Fuse’d. After enjoying the meal, we were shocked to find a $100 cleaning fee added to our bill for some sparkles from a cake we brought in. This felt excessive and quite unreasonable, especially since we were careful to keep everything tidy.
The staff were polite but seemed indifferent to our concerns about the charge. It left a sour taste in our mouths, overshadowing what could have been a great evening. I can’t recommend this restaurant if they’re going to penalize customers for minor things like cake sparkles. Be cautious if you plan to celebrate anything here!

Got the wagyu steak bites. Cooked well done. Service is slow. I’m glad we order appetizers at new restaurants so I can skip the main course offerings.

We went on a Wednesday afternoon. There was only one other table with guests, which is important to note since that is where our server spent ALL of her time. The food was underwhelming. I was brought the wrong wine. Once the food was brought to the table, she never came back to see if we needed more drinks or if the food was ok. We waited 20 minutes once we were done and finally went and and flagged down the bar tender for our check. She delivered it without a saying a word. Strange sports bar energy trying to be upscale.

The food was delightful. The service was excellent.
The atmosphere... well. Idk. The place is beautiful but then they got this stupid paper on the table. Keep hearing servers crunch it all up around the room as they clean, hearing it from our table as we move, its like putting a lil trashy on top of their classy and idk why they chose to do this. Sure, save on laundry from their nice table cloths that you can't even see, etc.. but the people are so casual you'd be better off without those too. Just skip it and save the waste. I absolutely hate the whole paper thing.
The club music was meh.. and gah, was too loud. Plus we were seated close to the kitchen so we could also hear their music and clancking abouts... if you have auditoy sensory issues, definitely stay out of here.
The tables are uncomfortably close to each other. You can hear every bit of everyone's conversation and the poor servers have to squeeze though. One girl basically had her butt on our table while bringing another table their food, and another sever was stuck under our paper table cover while she talked to the other table for several minutes.
Our table was set with plates and glasses on the side closest to the other guests... wth? That is just weird; we promptly sat at the other end of the table and moved our stuff around.
I really thought this was going to be a relaxing dinner to celebrate our anniversary, but all the nuances actually left us exhausted. I wish we'd have at least be seated in the quieter side of the restaurant.
