We came to Giordano’s in Plainfield for pizza… and left talking about the service just as much as the food. Justin was our server and, honestly, this man is operating on a different level. He was insanely knowledgeable about the menu, answered every question without hesitation, and somehow remembered every detail of our order like he had a photographic memory.
Our drinks were never even close to empty — they were topped off before we had the chance to notice. The timing, the attention, the attitude… everything was dialed in. Justin is what every restaurant wishes their servers were like: professional, personable, sharp, and genuinely invested in giving people a great experience.
The whole staff was great, but let’s be real — Justin stands out as their best. If you get him, you’re winning. And do not be stingy… leave him a great tip like we did, because service like that deserves to be rewarded. We’ll absolutely be back, and we’ll be asking for Justin by name. 🍕🔥

The Chicago Special Deep Dish Pizza is wonderful. It was baked perfectly with a crispy crust on the edge and fluffy in the middle. The Pizza was truly a work of art.

My children came from out of town to celebrate my birthday and I chose Giordano's. The service was great and the food was excellent! I enjoyed everyone singing the Happy Birthday song to me. I had a blast!!!!

I had high hopes for this pizza being awesome but it just ok. It did have good flavor but the sauce was very wet thus causing the pizza to be wet as you can see in the pictures. The waitress was very good and always checking on me. The beer was good and cold.
