First time trying food from here and I will NOT be back ever again. Whilst the guy who took my order at the counter was nice, that’s the only positive. I ordered the kafta rice bowl and 4 falafel, my order was $20+ but what I received for that amount was laughable. The portion was ridiculously small and I’m not even a big eater. 2 small beef keftas (not even lamb) cut in half, a small spoonful of rice and a small spoonful of salad. If the food was actually good that would have made up for the tiny portions, sadly it was not. The Keftas were so dry, practically crumbly because they were so dry and bland. The garlic sauce had way too much lemon and not enough garlic so it tasted like a lemon sauce. The rice was ok but had tahini poured all over, which I don’t particularly like. The salad was also meh. Don’t waste your money here, go somewhere else like pitazone that has good flavorful food, at a good price and size. Oh and if “management” decides to respond to claim they use negative reviews to do better, don’t bother with the lies, because after reading the reviews all my issues have been raised by previous customers yet have been ignored.

I truly love this place, I've been going since the week they opened. Every single dish I try is out of this world. My favorites are the grape leaves, beef shawarma, and their falafel is perfection. You cant go wrong here.

This place is honestly terrible. They messed up my order on Friday night. The meat is dry. The rice is okay. They gave us one small container of tahini and one small container garlic sauce for 3 meals. And portions were small. One meal isn’t enough for one person. Why so stingy with the rice??
The kefta was overdosed with lemon. It was TERRIBLE. Nothing about the falafel made me “happy”. It was not good.

Truly a gem in Channahon. We’ve never had a bad meal no matter what we try . I always look forward to seeing the lovely ladies behind the counter too. They are so kind and friendly.

This is my first time coming here. I think the food portion for the bowl could be increased a little since it didn't really fill me up, and it could use more seasoning. The parking lot is small and very busy now that Jack in the Box is there.
Service was quick. Food was cooked fresh. I got the rice bowl with all 4 meats and enjoyed it, but the meat did seem a little dry to me, but the flavor was good. Pita and hummus was great also.
