I can't recommend Happy Falafel enough. This place always makes me happy. My go to meal is the chicken shawarma in a pita and a side of falafel. The food is top notch and the garlic sauce is always on point. Online ordering makes everything easy.

Excellent food and service! Priced right for large portions. Had falafel, chicken & beef shawarma and dessert cashew fingers and basbousa. My daughters and I absolutely loved everything. Staff/owner very friendly, had nice conversation! Most definitely coming back! Highly recommend 👍🏻

DO NOT ORDER ONLINE!!!!!! Placed an order online and paid online. When I get there to pick it up they say that the order did not go through, yet the pending charge still showed on my account. They said that they had to charge us again, so we agreed. Then they said that they could not charge more than $50 at a time, so we had to do two separate transactions. Wake up the next morning to 3 charges that all cleared. So not only did the 2 charges at the restaurant go through, but so did the online order, when they said that it wouldn't. Had to file a dispute with my bank to try and get my money back. NEVER GOING BACK. EMPLOYEES WERE RUDE AND NOT ACCOMMODATING IN ANY WAY.
First time trying food from here and I will NOT be back ever again. Whilst the guy who took my order at the counter was nice, that’s the only positive. I ordered the kafta rice bowl and 4 falafel, my order was $20+ but what I received for that amount was laughable. The portion was ridiculously small and I’m not even a big eater. 2 small beef keftas (not even lamb) cut in half, a small spoonful of rice and a small spoonful of salad. If the food was actually good that would have made up for the tiny portions, sadly it was not. The Keftas were so dry, practically crumbly because they were so dry and bland. The garlic sauce had way too much lemon and not enough garlic so it tasted like a lemon sauce. The rice was ok but had tahini poured all over, which I don’t particularly like. The salad was also meh. Don’t waste your money here, go somewhere else like pitazone that has good flavorful food, at a good price and size. Oh and if “management” decides to respond to claim they use negative reviews to do better, don’t bother with the lies, because after reading the reviews all my issues have been raised by previous customers yet have been ignored.
