Honey-Jam Cafe Plainfield

I am writing to express my extreme disappointment regarding an issue with our bill during my recent visit on Friday the 5th of December at approximately 1:30.

I specifically requested individual receipts for my party. However, the waitress incorrectly mixed items between my receipt and my friend's receipt.

Furthermore, we were double-charged for four sodas when we only ordered two. Despite explaining this multiple times, the staff demonstrated a very poor understanding of the issue.

We had to wait over an hour and a half while the staff attempted to correct the issue by crediting and recharging the bills, but they were ultimately unable to resolve it. This excessive wait time and the inability to process a simple correction were unacceptable.

I request that you review this incident and the final charge. Please contact me at your earliest convenience to confirm that the final bill reflects the correct items and charges

It was my first time here and the food and service was great. Magnolia was very helpful answering questions about the menu. Will definitely come back if I 'm in the area

I've eaten here almost a dozen times and have had excellent service every time. Wait staff is friendly and efficient. Food came out quickly and was delicious each time. This is one of my favorite brunch spots in the area.

I found a hair on my hash browns
I was giving 10% off of my bill I told the lady to give me some beacon and sausage to compensate the fact that now I had to eat my food with the disgusting Idea of a hair on my plate she told the manager and the manager just sent 2 strips of becon I was so disappointed whit this place I will never go back again also there are some waitresses that have a rushing actitud

Great food and a staff that is always friendly and efficient. My last trip there, it was packed. My wife, two adult sons, and I got the only open table. We settled in expecting a long wait for our food. What a pleasant surprise when we were served very fast and the food was actually hot and good. Hot food, especially breakfast is a rarity in restaurants anymore. Great experience all in all.

Always a great experience at Honey-Jam Cafe. This was our first time at this location. It didn’t disappoint it was wonderful food and the service is always top notch but 5-star would be an understatement. Natalia J. Was delightfully in-fact the entire waitstaff worked as a team and was always attentive and friendly. Great place to eat!

My wife and I just moved to the area and wanted to try some new places for Brunch and Lunch, we have only kept coming back to Honey Jam! The food is fantastic with a large variety and interesting takes! The servers are always bright and professional and the wait time is incredibly short no matter how busy! An excellent spot for Breakfast, Brunch, Hair of the Dog, or a quick bite for lunch break!
