Spent over $40.00 that was absolutely ok what wasn’t ok to find hair in my Shrimp fried rice. I don’t have any hair 🤣 and I’m the only one that eats that dish. I was truly disappointed even seeing their reviews I gave them a chance. Didn’t call to report it because I knew it would be how do I know it’s from them. It’s unfortunate they are 5 minutes from my house but I’ll drive an extra 15 minutes for Quality

The people that work here are so nice, unfortunately, I just did not like the food at all. I’ve never ordered vegetable fried rice from anywhere before and gotten green pepper in it…but my order had probably entire green pepper in it. The taste was off. My husband said the fried rice tasted like cigarettes smell and threw his food out. The orange chicken had good flavor but the chicken inside tasted like it had been reheated. Unfortunately I would probably not come here again for food.

I don't understand how anyone can leave a bad review on Hong Kong cusine..They give you extra food and it's tasty,,fast and they are kind people..AAA+++

This was actually gross.. ordered the szechwan beef, sweet and sour hong kong special, egg drop soup, and egg rolls. Egg rolls were over fried with barely any filling. Szechwan beef had hardly any beef and tasted like.. old. I got the large and they just put extra veggies I feel, but the sauce was thick and like I said tasted old. That's the o ly way I can describe it. Like it was frozen months ago. The sweet and sour hong kong special was bad as well. Basically 75% fried dough.. and for some reason the shrimp was fried with the tail still on? Shrimp wasn't even good either. Kind of hard to mess up egg drop soup so. I will not be going back.. I just ate it and honestly I feel sick. Something was wrong with it.. I went despite the reviews telling me not to. Please don't be like me. I'm actually really disgusted..
Love this place for the last 8 years! This is my goto for Chinese.... never disappointed.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE! Food was purchased by my son on 6/12/24 for lunch and he ate a few spoonfuls before leaving the restaurant and should have returned it then. However he bought it home and I ate some and discovered that it the rice was scorched. After I finished my work shift we took it back to advise of the situation. He started out by stating that he usually has a good experience but today the food was scorched. This ended up being a horrible customer service experience. No apology was made about the food. When she opened the container the first thing that was yelled was did you get this from here. Of course you didn't want to take ownership of the overcooked, gooey rice as the receipt was being shown. I could hear her yelling at my son all the way in the parking lot! I went in to see what was happening and she then began to yell and accuse us of lying. About some rice? I asked if he could have a credit for a purchase for another time because he had to eat something else. This was which was an adamant no. We were not requesting a refund but the way we were spoken to was absolutely unacceptable. Then another one of the workers/owners started yelling and her customer resolution was that we didn't have to come back. Then asked me what took so long to bring it back. After explaining that I had to finish working then the excuse was that he shouldn't have asked for extra pea pods. So instead of just saying I'm sorry for your experience this time and making it right in front of other customers, they threw together half of what was purchased and shoved the container angrily under the glass without a bag. I am tired of these people providing this type of service in our neighborhoods where they will not spend one dime in. If you can't take some feedback and correct a situation or apologize to customers then you should not come back into our neighborhood and take our hard earned money for your over priced food and horrible customer service skills. It is never appropriate to yell at a customer. They are correct in saying then don't come back because I never will.

very bad customer service, the orange chicken tastes horrible, apart from that they give me the wrong order, not what I asked for, and they also get angry because you let them know ?? I don't recommend it at all
I had the General Tso's chicken today in the lunch special. the portion size is very good I don't think there is anyone out there who would leave hungry. Enjoy the flavor of the General Tso's chicken and the fried rice. The employees were also kind and friendly.
