Was excited to try it for the time. Very disappointed. Gave us the shake first then took a long time for the food. So by the time we got home, it was melted. Then my burger, that was supposed to come with garlic mayo, lettuce, tomato, onions etc etc has nothing but cheese on it 😔. Fries were also cold

I love jack in the box! The breakfast croissant was delicious! The manager greeted us with a warm hello and welcome, and D.J was friendly, helpful and patient as my grandchildren and I were asking questions. Thank you D J! Your momma raised you right!

this was horrible I get it's barley open but drive through doesn't even work, they don't have what is shown in the online menu, the person taking orders from cars very rude and clearly didn't care, the wait was over an hour long and just to find out that's not on their menu, in conclusion never going back again just a waste of time and gas money and over priced meals do not recommend at all.

This place is supposed to be a fast food establishment but it is far from it it takes them @ 30 minutes to dispatche each vehicle in the drive through and if you go insaid almost the same time to receive your order wouldn't recommend coming
Waited in line for a hour only to be told cash only but now im trapped inline with no way out only to see the car in front of us pay with a card ? NEVER GOING BACK ! BUT THATS OK PORTILLOS GLADLY TOOK MY MONEY AND I DIDN'T HAVE TO WAITE A HOUR AND THE FOOD IS WAY BETTER !

Would love to put a zero here for the review. Clueless is the best word to describe the service. Drive thru backed up and wait was over 30 minutes which is inexcusable. Obviously they don't know how a drive thru works for customers who only get a 30 minute lunch and need it fast thru the drive thru. Don't waste your time here.

It was all right but nothing to write home about

Went within the first week of it opening and did wait in line for an hr and a half but we expected it and the guards that were on duty made sure it kept moving. I got the chicken sandwich my fiancé got a burger and of course we got fries. I’ve had jitb before but always got a burger. Would eat the chicken sandwich again
