I’m in the store now picking up a Grubhub order they’re two people in here very unkind! One young lady with dreads has yet to acknowledge me at all but she listening to music in her headphones and dancing! The young man isn’t much better!! To top it off I ordered a pretzel and she gave me a half cooked pretzel! Didn’t apologize after I walked back in to tell them they gave me a raw pretzel!!! I’m pissed I’ll be back to speak with management later though! The black girl with dreads worst customer service!!!!! People can get sick from things like this

Service was non existent. We were in line for ten minutes after being greeted by an unenthusiastic server. We get to the window where the person asked us if we ordered pretzels(which we did not). And she asked us what are order was. No one wrote it down and I honestly forgot what I ordered. We asked if the order was ready and the clerk said she was working on it but she did not even know our order. We ended up leaving and going to another juice place where the service was incredible. There was no one in the store so they were not busy but they had no drive to help or be friendly. Worst place I had ever been to but I probably never go back again.

This Jamba location was amazing. Today was Smoothie day and the staff took care of us. Arnov ,Audrey and CJ made our smoothies quickly. I didn’t even wait more than 10 min for 7 smoothies. And the owner was awesome. She also has another location in Naperville called schlotzkys which is also a great location

I’ve been to this location several times and they are always incredibly slow. I would not recommend visiting this location.

Let me give you a nickels worth of free advice. You have put a brand new Jamba Juice/Auntie Ann’s in the middle of a large development with a brand new busy Costco and Olive Garden and a brand new Coopers Hawk coming. Not to mention it’s right off a major interstate.

If your budget for employees under the circumstances above is 1, then your business is going to fail. Especially if that 1 employee has to run the drive thru, make the food and drinks, and run the cash register inside. The one person you had working today was so flustered, I am sure he’s quitting soon.

The sad part is our food and drinks were great and it’s busy! (That should be good news for a business. A lot of customers). But a 20 minute wait for a smoothie with one person working isn’t going to cut it. Two potential customers walked out after waiting too long. Having only one person working is costing you thousands per day and it just shows ridiculous management.

I saw a laminated letter on the counter that said “Sorry for the long wait times but making smoothies takes time, be kind.” The same people who wrote that letter are the reason there is only 1 employee working. Come on Jamba Juice. 3 employees is probably the minimum you could have working with the set up and drive thru you have. Other reviewers are saying the same thing. I have been there twice and it’s was the same thing both times. I let it go last time.

The wait to get your order is extremely to long, I wanted 20 minutes for one smoothie. It seems as if there low staff I’m not sure. I placed my order and then got to the window and they asked me to replace my order. A few cars drove off because the wait was to long. I would say if you come here definitely have patience

Huge mistake on operating hours. They sell breakfast foods and drinks but don’t open until 8 or 9am. The morning rush is over by then. This isn’t DuPage or north Chicago, we have jobs to get to.

Wow 🤩 I am absolutely captivated by this new location, it was my first time ever having Jamba Juice today and I was greeted by the loveliest and kindest lady ever!

She was very prompt in getting my order ready as well as being so informative about the store location and their products at this Jamba Juice and auntie Annie’s establishment I was impressed by how hospitable and patient the service was while I ordered and took the time to answer any questions I had about the items in the menu board if I had any.

I would highly recommend coming to Ross location whenever you can as I had the joy of trying their “white gummy” smoothie that was sweet and satisfying as can be and my favorite almond covered soft pretzel 🥨

This Is my new all time favorite spot to go to for a light snack or sweet treat and can’t wait to go back for more !!!

Thanks again for the suggestions and great service ☺️

Stopped by this location after a real difficult day and Sree, the employee at the drive thru window, totally made my day so much brighter. Thank you Sree, you are incredible! I left in happy tears :)

This location also just makes their smoothies the absolute best and they’re always so quick, too. Also sooo much cheaper than the only other location i’ve been to, which is the Chicago Union Station one. Happy to have one way closer!
