Last night (11/8), I had a horrible experience with the female employee working. I'm a relatively new customer, and i thought I ask for toppings after the meat was cooked for the steak sandwich. When she brought the sandwich to me all wrapped up, I asked if I could get light onions on it. She then used the most obnoxious, over the top, fake friendly customer service voice to snottily inform me that the menu says it comes with onions and peppers. I was like I'm so sorry, I thought I asked for the toppings after you cooked the meat. I only want onions on the sandwich. She again got super snotty and said read the menu. It comes with onions and peppers. I then apologized for the misunderstanding and asked if she could take the peppers off because my mom cant eat them. This seemed to really set her off so she became even nastier and said no I cannot do that. I'll just remake it, and she stormed off. I was going to blow it off thinking maybe she was just having a rough day, but this sandwich made my mom sick. I would have given this visit 0 stars, but all of the other employees were nice and kind. It was just this woman who was beyond awful and made a sandwich that made my mom sick. I'm not sure what she did to the new sandwich, but the 3 other subs I got that weren't made by her were fine. I will never be coming here again.

To whoever was making sandwiches on 10/19/25 at approximately 1:30PM… you suck. Ordered a BLT for delivery. The sandwich had no tomatoes on it and was SMOTHERED in mayonnaise. Probably 3 tablespoons worth of mayo on each half. I called and asked for a refund for this sandwich only and they said I had to bring it back in order to receive a refund. Not offered any other alternative. God bless my husband for finding the last tomato in our garden and scraping the mayo off my sandwich. I went into the location knowing that Jersey Mikes knows how to accommodate Celiac allergies ( severe gluten allergy). This is the first location that was unwilling to accommodate. They provided me with gluten free bread, cheeses and turkey. They were unwilling to get any toppings that were not contaminated. They were not short staffed, the employees kept stating they are not going to get me fresh toppings. I paid a lot for a plain sandwich. This has never happened to me before at any Jersey Mikes, very disappointing, staff definitely needs allergy training.

I came into this location with celiac ( a severe gluten allergy). The locations near me are very accomodating. But this location refused to get any toppings from the back and would not take the time to grab separate topping items that were not contaminated. They would only give us mayo and mustard from the bottle. It was not that they were unable to get separate toppings; they just did not want to. I was left with bread, turkey, and cheese. Very plain and disappointed with the service.

I am glad they cleaned the station and put the sandwiches on a separate tray. They refused to get any toppings from the back and would not take the time to grab separate topping items that were not contaminated. They would only give us mayo and mustard from the bottle. It was not that they were unable to get separate toppings; they just did not want to. I was left with bread, turkey, and cheese. Very plain and disappointed with the service.

Quality of food and service really diminishes when they are busy……

Subs were were great! I ordered the philly cheese steak sub and my son had a ham and turkey sub. You could definitely taste the difference in quality of the ingredients compared to other sub shops. You might end up paying more, but I believe the cost difference is worth it. Service was decent as well. We will definitely be back.

Jersey Mike's are really getting bad. The sandwiches are barely getting any lunch meat on the sandwiches. They give you a lot of nothing for a lot of money, $ 18.65 for a giant. All bread. It's so sad that Jersey Mikes used to be my favorite sandwich shop, but not anymore .

Did online order yesterday, came to pick it up. Was not greeted when I came in the store: 3 people came in after me and were greeted and helped. After waiting 10 minutes I asked for help. No apology for ignoring me for 10 minutes. The order put in yesterday was not ready until almost 15 minutes past time promised. Very poor service.
