First time ever going. Went with my husband and our daughter. First off, the staff was very rude and condescending. My husband has been before but ordered something that was no longer on the menu. Instead of the staff member just saying we no longer serve that. She proceeds to say idk when you came here last but we haven’t served that in five years maybe more. Okay? Second, they made both of our sandwiches wrong and charged me $2.79 for two pieces of bacon my daughter wanted on her kids size sandwich? What a joke…. And of course after paying $36.00 we were prompted to tip. Absolutely not.

We ordered an Italian sub and there was no cappacuolo or prosciuttini on it. Nothing Italian about it except a few thin slices of pepperoni with ham. Very disappointed and won't be back.

This place Philly on original bread is absolutely amazing. I was completely thrown off guard with how great this fast food restaurant was. Don't buy fountain drink though, they are nasty, rosemary bread leave an disgusting aftertaste, and the chips are sometimes stale. The only reason I'm giving 5 stars is because the service, the atmosphere, and the Original bread "emphasis on original" philly steak, will make nothing else matter. Thanks for the amazing experience.

They clearly messed up the #10 Tuna Fish by putting lettuce on and realized it and tried to scrape MOST off while in the process took alot of the tuna too. Next time remake the sandwich. Usually my experience here is good but today was

Made 3 of 5 sandwiches incorrect and refused to replace them. They made roast beef instead of the chicken that was ordered. Unfortunatly we have people that are alergic to beef. Manager accused us of lying when we called the store to remeady the issue.

I got a GC that I won. I had been to your store twice before today. My daughter has allergies she can not have beef and neither can my husband. I came there with my daughter. We order 3 chicken Phillies on gluten free bread and 2 col roast beef on Parmesan one without tomatoes. The young man said he understood. Instead I got 3 beef Phillies. I have the pictures I got no chicken and I will gladly show you the pics and my receipt. I talked to the manager and instead of apologizing stated the guy who cooked your food said you got chicken. We certainly did not. Is this treatment because I had a gift card. I mean , your manager basically called me a liar. I was upset very upset because I had a kid with allergies who now had no dinner and a husband with no dinner. I will call the corporate office. This is despicable treatment. Why would I lie???
