Travis, the manager, was rude when I tried to share an unfavorable experience. I’ll take my business elsewhere. Perhaps that new Portillo’s!

Wow this Place was Terrible 😔😔😔The Sandwich Maker touched a sanitized towel then touched my sandwich also put alot of Mayo on my sandwich I didn't ask for.The Health Department needs to Visit this Restaurant .I dont Recommend eating Here All 😝😝😝😝😝😝

Ella makes the best sandwiches. I am so grateful for her. She made my food with love. This store is one of my favorites. It’s very clean the employees are professional and friendly. Do yourself a favor and come by for a great food experience.

Always have a great experience at this location and really every Jersey Mikes location. However the reason for my 5 star review is Travis! He went above and beyond to provide excellent customer service. Will definitely be back again soon!

Very displeased with the service provided! I order a sandwich online and the portal says there is only TURKEY & CHEESE for some reason the put mikes way on it. I was on my lunch and on a time crunch, called the restaurant to try to fix it and they refused. Now I’m out $20 and still didn’t get to eat my sandwich!
