Always have a great experience at this location and really every Jersey Mikes location. However the reason for my 5 star review is Travis! He went above and beyond to provide excellent customer service. Will definitely be back again soon!

Very displeased with the service provided! I order a sandwich online and the portal says there is only TURKEY & CHEESE for some reason the put mikes way on it. I was on my lunch and on a time crunch, called the restaurant to try to fix it and they refused. Now I’m out $20 and still didn’t get to eat my sandwich!

Just went there today and have never had such a horrible sandwich I ordered a chipotle cheesesteak with no onions and peppers they put no chipotle Mayo they cooked it in peppers and onions and then picked it out and served it to me. The meat also was in golf size chunks not like a cheese steak at all. Don’t go here. 20$ sandwich that was total garbage

I've updated my previous rating from 3 to 5 stars. I believe they might have a new manager and staff and they are SO helpful and friendly! And we haven't had a bad experience with their food - by that I mean they always get our order correct which is incredibly important when I have "selective eaters". The staff really does make the biggest impact on any experience, and I honestly can't say anything negative about these guys!

Always quick, fresh subs! Workers are very personable and glad to honor any special requests, even when put in online. Place is well-kept and tidy.
We placed our order for pickup using the app, brought it home to hungry grandkids, only to discover all the bags of chips we paid for were not in the bag. I called the store & they asked if I wanted to come back to get chips. I said no, I would like my card credited, still waiting. My sandwich had way too much mayo on it, I ate half for for dinner & half for lunch the next day. I ended up with a huge bout of diarrhea.

Really good, fresh subs. I'm disappointed they took meatball subs off the menu. We went there for the first time in a couple years just for their to-die-for meatball subs. I had the Ham and Swiss instead and was very pleasantly surprised by the quality and freshness of the ingredients.
