Terrible customer service. Employees were so rude don’t go here trust me.
Watching this teen use a huge knife to cut the top off a chip box. Mentioned to the manager how dangerous that was and that they need a small box cutter. His response with ZERO facial expression.....well we have always done it that way. Ummm.....just because you always do it wrong doesn't mean it's the RIGHT way!!!
I don't think Jimmy John's Workmans Comp dept would agree with the manager!!! She is now on her 4th box......ridiculous!!!

Went and got lunch today, & first off the staff was very unprofessional and not friendly at all, stood there for 10 minutes waiting for one sandwich with no other customers in the store, while they just talked. Sat down to eat my food at work and found this big piece of plastic like paper maybe saran wrap in my sandwich. Completely grossed out and will never eat here again!! 😡😡🤢🤢
