Worst Jimmy John’s you can order from. Drivers take over 45 minutes to deliver your food and get lost while delivering it. I will never order from this Jimmy John’s again. If I could give negative stars, I would.

Placed an order via call ..took almost 40minutes to deliver..the issue was that I never order with Uber for some reason store used Uber to deliver my food ..to top it off was delivered to wrong location don't know where...they kept sending me updates..food is the way ...food is 6mins away..then food was delivered..but never recvd my food ...FYI I'm a truck driver...called the store told them what happened..though JJ use their own drivers..calling corporate..

I ordered a Pepe sandwich here. The bread was so hard that after eating it my jaw is now making cracking sounds. They use day old bread or older. It was like eating a brick. My jaw didn't make these sounds until I ate this sandwich

The sandwich’s are usually good here but this time the sandwich was so bad that I’m reviewing it.A let down. I got the xtra beef sandwich and there was so much beef all lined with fat. Like strings of fat that can be held and ripped free from the good beef remaining. I can’t eat that fat and I know of nobody that could. How can you serve up that stuff!?!

Don't go here, this place is on some boolshet. They forgot my avocado last time (paid for that also/owes me), and this recent last time I'm missing lettuce! . Found this out when I got home & by then they were closed. So I'm owed that too. Can't believe I had to be lettuce deprived when hungry!

Ordered a veggie with extra guacamole. Only got 1 serving and they included mayo which I didn’t order. Made the sandwich nasty and hardly enjoyable. Edit: The manager reached out, gave me a free sandwich and $10 in store cash to spend and made the situation right.
