Not sure what happened to this location but last few times, order takes forever to get. One time waited 10 mins at counter, no one came to take order. We left. Another time got to order quickly inside but food took 25 mins!

How is this a franchise and they somehow mange to stop selling chicken everyday 2 hrs before closing time that's posted on the door. They only sell chicken tenders and no fried chicken. If closing time is 10pm they turn off they fryers at 8 and only sell tenders. Threneeds to be a sign stating that they have a alternate menu at a certain time. Please fix this or close this location.

I spent more than 60 dollars on my order and when I got home to have a surprise meal with my family, the order was incomplete and it was not the package that I ordered. When I called the store more than 10 times for my refund, they did not answer. Bad for the team and worse for the manager who has no control.

Ordered via KFC App. Drive thru team member forgot my drink closed the window quickly before I can ask for it. Waited for couple of minutes by the window til she noticed that I was still there. She opened the window and gave me this skeptic look then I asked, finally got it. The fries were stale (tasted like they’ve been re fried. Got home, opened the bags, and didn’t give me any sauce. Why they missed it? Does the App is not accurate? I specifically asked for 6 sauces and got zero! I would not come back to this location.

DO NOT EVER FREQUENT THIS BUSINESS THE EMPLOYEES ARE TERRIBLE, PLACED AN ORDER ON THE APP, GOT TO THE WINDOW AND WAS TOLD TO CANCEL MY ORDER THEY WERE OUT OF CHICKEN. I WAS GIVEN A CUSTOMER SERVICE PHONE NUMBER, THE PERSON ON THE PHONE COULD ONLY APOLOGIZE, I WAS TOLD TO CALL BACK FOR A REFUND. SERIOUSLY YOU HAVE ALREADY INCONVENIENCED ME AND NOW YOU NEED HAVE ME CALL BACK.

8-26-24 returning home from shoulder surgery at 5:30 pm, I had been jones-ing for some crispy chicken. My son picked up the 8 piece bucket meal and it was all delicious. We’ve had some not great visits here in the past but this meal was really very good. The biscuits were a little hard but nothing the extra gravy couldn’t fix. Between the 3 of us, the chicken is sorry he crossed the road.

Horrible they got my orderer wrong didn't realize till I got back to my job that they gave me wings instead of the sandwich I ordered had to drive back 15 min and they didn't even apologize please people if you don't like your job just quit horrible spot.

I've never been more disappointed with KFC than I am right now. The drive-thru service at this location is an absolute nightmare. Every time I come here, it's like playing a game of roulette with my order. You never know what you're going to get, and it's never right.
But the real kicker is the consistency of incompetence from one particular worker. Let's call them "Ms. Inconsistent". Every encounter with this employee is a lesson in frustration. One day, they forget half my order, the next they can't even get the simplest instructions right. It's like they're actively trying to sabotage the customer experience.
And don't get me started with this workers attitude, lets just say, it seemed like she was looking for her paycheck more than customer satisfaction. And she had the audacity to come to my car, drop the food in my hands, and to put this into perspective, I didn't even have any grip of the bag she handed me then just dropped it, which almost resulted in me dropping the entire bag completely. Then she just walked off with a simple, "Your welcome." Like I can understand the environment KFC puts their employees in, but at most be somewhat respectful.
And the best part of it all, is we (me and 4 others) had our orders completely messed up, I asked for a chicken sandwich, and got a kids meal??? And the fact I paid a total of around 50$ for my food, which is absolutely diabolical, I am in such disappointment.
I'm fed up with this nonsense. KFC needs to seriously rethink their hiring and training practices. Customers shouldn't have to deal with this level of incompetence, especially when they're paying hard-earned money for a meal. Until they sort out their issues, I'll be taking my business elsewhere.
