Pulled up to order and was greeted with “what you wanna order” nothing else. I told her I had a coupon for a 20 piece family deal and she asked me what the coupon has on it and how much all with an awful attitude. Pulled up to the window and she just stuck her arm out for payment. After a few minutes some guy leans out the window and said pull up there (nobody else in the drive thru). I pulled up and about 10 mins later they brought out my food. After I get home I see that my 20 piece is only 14 pieces of old dry chicken, 5 breasts, 2 thighs, 3 legs and 4 wings. My 3 mashed potatoes have 1 kinda full and other 2 maybe 1/4 full. 2 slaws not even half full. The 10 biscuits that came with it had 8 in the box. Without the coupon this meal was normally $62. (Ridiculous) I paid $43 with the coupon. I will never go back there. Also this was 5pm so you think they would be busier and have fresh food.

How is this a franchise and they somehow mange to stop selling chicken everyday 2 hrs before closing time that's posted on the door. They only sell chicken tenders and no fried chicken. If closing time is 10pm they turn off they fryers at 8 and only sell tenders. Threneeds to be a sign stating that they have a alternate menu at a certain time. Please fix this or close this location.

I spent more than 60 dollars on my order and when I got home to have a surprise meal with my family, the order was incomplete and it was not the package that I ordered. When I called the store more than 10 times for my refund, they did not answer. Bad for the team and worse for the manager who has no control.
