I've never been more disappointed with KFC than I am right now. The drive-thru service at this location is an absolute nightmare. Every time I come here, it's like playing a game of roulette with my order. You never know what you're going to get, and it's never right.But the real kicker is the consistency of incompetence from one particular worker. Let's call them "Ms. Inconsistent". Every encounter with this employee is a lesson in frustration. One day, they forget half my order, the next they can't even get the simplest instructions right. It's like they're actively trying to sabotage the customer experience.And don't get me started with this workers attitude, lets just say, it seemed like she was looking for her paycheck more than customer satisfaction. And she had the audacity to come to my car, drop the food in my hands, and to put this into perspective, I didn't even have any grip of the bag she handed me then just dropped it, which almost resulted in me dropping the entire bag completely. Then she just walked off with a simple, "Your welcome." Like I can understand the environment KFC puts their employees in, but at most be somewhat respectful.And the best part of it all, is we (me and 4 others) had our orders completely messed up, I asked for a chicken sandwich, and got a kids meal??? And the fact I paid a total of around 50$ for my food, which is absolutely diabolical, I am in such disappointment.I'm fed up with this nonsense. KFC needs to seriously rethink their hiring and training practices. Customers shouldn't have to deal with this level of incompetence, especially when they're paying hard-earned money for a meal. Until they sort out their issues, I'll be taking my business elsewhere.

Ordered a doordash from this location 20 minutes before they closed. I was 420 intoxicated and not safe to drive, but very hungry after burning my home-cooked pasta (lol). I ordered a Big Box with 1 breast, 1 wing, 1 biscuit, and 2 sides. What I received was 2 thighs, 2 wings, and a GENEROUS portion of sides and a biscuit. It's true that dark poultry meat isn't my favorite, but I could see and taste the effort. I ate everything and was so grateful. Also they had delicious Dr Pepper, good syrup ratio and clean dispenser nozzles (I work in a restaurant and can taste mold haha)

Got the chicken nugget big box,. They were quick with the food. The people were friendly, place was clean enough. The nuggets were a bit over salty this visit, they have made them better in a previous visit.

What an awful experience I had. I will never go here or a KFC again because there was Saran Wrap that was INSIDE of the chicken wrap we ordered. I took a bite out of it and out came the Saran Wrap (that you cover food with) out with the chicken. Absolutely disgusting and obviously not clean enough, or the staff knowing what they’re doing there. The manager who we spoke to was just as useless. Never never going here ever again.

the owner of the store has to know what's going on, but doesn't care, they're serving dried out nasty pigeon parts, I'm 70 years old and have eaten at a lot of restaurants and KFC's, this is the worst. $32.91 of dried out nasty pigeon parts. next to my key is a chicken wing.sure doesn't look like the picture on the wall.needs to pack up his one tent circus and clowns and get out of town.

That old chicken sent out was purposely down by someone who doesn’t want to work!! Do they need to be fired as well as the shift manager/ shift

I tried the app to order. I got there a little early but I got my food on time. Mash potatoes are amazing. The temperature of food was just right. Biscuit a little hard but mashed potatoes help with that. Tasty chicken. Lemonade was good. Good value for meal. I would recommend. Be careful of traffic around the building. Had close calls with 3 different cars.
