awesome concept but you really need to fix the broken games. going from one broken game to another doesnt really encourage people to come back

My family of 4 went for a school fundraiser. It was 4 pm so we knew it wouldn't be busy. We were seated right away but no server came to us after 15 minutes. So we left.

This was our first time visiting. The vibes in the restaurant were everything! Very kid friendly but also party for adult! I got a beer flight. I was not prepared for the delusional happiness! Whoo chile!!! It is strong!! The grip n rip it was also not a fan of, but those are just my personal taste buds. Everything else was delicious! We came to have a good time and we did. Def recommend and it looks like this place is underrated in terms of events and such. Blow it up TikTok cause I’m telling you, you’re missing out.

We hosted our post-season football team party at Khaos and it was perfect! Great atmosphere for the boys, yummy food that parents and kids devoured, and exceptional service from Khaos staff. Christen, our event planner made it incredibly simple to plan, was there the day of for support, and was an absolute pleasure to work with. Very highly recommend hosting team parties here!

Brought my 2 year old here to play and run off some energy and he had a blast, even though he’s a little young for the games. He had so much fun playing with his dad, great family place- with kids everywhere! Fun place for dinner if you have kids don’t miss out

I would NOT recommend planning an event with Khaos. Their event coordinator is non responsive and extremely difficult to get in touch with. After discussing times for our end of the season football party, the coordinator did not respond to confirm. For days I reached out. No emails back. No calls back. I called multiple times over the weekend to get in touch with her and I heard absolutely nothing back. I had to cancel our party with the team one hour before as I was hoping to hear back but again nothing. Extremely disappointed that our kids could not celebrate with one another. I will NOT be recommending Khaos for future events or fundraisers.

I’d highly recommend hosting an event at Khaos! Working with Christen D. made planning a breeze. She was kind, professional, and easy to get a hold of whenever I had questions. Affordable packages and a fun environment available for hosting.

We love coming here with our kids. Like all the restaurants in this group, the food and drinks are great. We love the wristband option for arcade games. Such a great concept.

A fun place to grab a beer and play some arcade games. All the games are rigged for free play and you buy a bracelet for $12.00 (Monday bracelet are free!) and play as long as you want. While I haven't played, they have a trivia night. This place is connected to Chop'd a nice little sit down restaurant with some great food. Highly recommend the pretzel bites. They are special.

My 6 year old loves going here, he said he would give it 100 out of 100 stars? everything is usually good and we have a good time. The waitress we had was also great. The only negative I can say is that it gets sooooo warm in there, especially the little side room with the racing games. I’m sure the games all put off some heat and when the sun shines in the windows, it heats up fast. Not enough of a negative not to go there and who knows if anything can really be done about it but we still enjoy it!

Food was great! Got a burger with fries and it was delicious. Great smoky maple old fashioned with actual bacon in it lol Couldn't get myself to eat the bacon but the drink was yummy. Strawberry shake was kind of thin but it tasted good. Apparently the arcade games are all free. That does mean a lot of screaming children running around the bar. But there is a cool garage door wall that opens in the summer, nice indoor/outdoor Wrigley vibes. Also you scan a QR code to pay with Toast on your phone, very convenient. Easy parking lot access.

We ordered a few items, and they were all terrible that I'm actually leaving a review. Corn was microwaved or something almost dehydrated, tater tots were room temp, and pizza looked nothing like the picture. The cheese was thicker than the crust. The chicken sandwich was tough, and mushrooms had no seasoning. The order was over half an hour late, so everything was a bit cold. All that for a too much money. Didn't even eat most of it. I can't recommend this place at all.
