Don't bother placing an order ahead of time. Waited over 1hr for 1 pizza puff. Christian was working hard but the other staff were MIA. People walking in giving orders seem to get their food faster.

They handed me a pizza puff that had been sitting just as long as I waited in the store. I stated "no, this has been sitting and it's completely dry, I've been inside 30 mins after waiting over 15 in my car."
They made a fresh one and the fresh one looks horrible..

Listen to the other reviews when they say wait time is an issue. I had a mobile order for a scheduled time later in the day and it wasn't ready yet when I arrived. Once I finally got it and made it back home the food was somehow cold???? You would think if they were late with the mobile order it was because it was still being made but in my case it wasn't?? Food came out late and was cold, would not recommend this location

Let me tell you all what's wrong with this location! I'm writing this for my disabled senior mother who worked there until a week ago. This is a horrible location. She worked there almost a year. She was hard working and had great attendance and did everything that was asked of her despite her disability. New managers came in and told them they had to make budget cuts they cut already part-time employees hours from 24 to 10 a week then they had the audacity to cut her to 4 hours a week!Then they brought on a bunch of new teenagers to work there! If you don't have enough hours or money in the budget for your long-term people why do you bring on more people? What sense does that make? Then they fired their only disabled senior person for no reason?! They didn't even have the decency to call her! She showed up for work and the time clock told her she had her last day! Sounds like discrimination to me!

No employees in the building during open hours while orders are still being accepted. When they are there they do not answer the phone or come to the front counter. They will sometimes cancel your order randomly with no explanation, and if you do get one it is “it’s out of our control.” I personally witnessed the manager tell an employee to just cancel someone’s order and when they arrive tell them it was a problem with the app.

Iv gone multiple time and they keep forgetting to cut my pizza multiple times how hard can it be to cut a pizza all the way threw

This has got to be the worst Little Caesars Pizza on planet earth. They have absolutely no people skills, a bunch of no class 18 to maybe 25 year olds. No respect for their elders. Vulgar language in the presence of the customers shows no integrity. The community of Plainfield needs to rally to have that dump shut down. No accountability whatsoever. I wouldn’t even allow a homeless person to accept a handout

Little Ceasars is no gourmet pizza. It is a cheap pizza that tastes really good. I love the cheese in the crust. It gives the pizza a little something extra.
