Got a double cheeseburger and fries, both were hot and fresh, tasted great. Only went through the drive through so can't speak for the dine in experience.

Store locked the doors 45 minutes before posted hours
Been here so many times I’ve lost count but what I haven’t lost count of it the amount of times I have ordered the exact same thing and yet this was the 6th time in a row I have not gotten condiments on the side. You can say it’s my fault for not checking the bag before I leave but I should not have to especially 6 times in a row.

This the worst McDonald's in the area. They rarely get the order right. Most of the time they ask you to either pull forward to wait or park in a spot. Several times they have completely forgotten about us as we waited in a spot for our food to be brought out.

That evening was an experience. They forgot most of my order. The young lady who brought my food out must have some sort of anxiety issues. She acted like she was handling highly dangerous explosives. As we all know, that's not until after eating McDonald's

Horrible customer service and manager Bianca. Take care of your customers. Get the orders right and assume responsibility. Apologize!!!! When you order a cheeseburger… don’t you think there should be a burger between the buns? Do you have to not only look on the bag to see if the items are there nit literally open it all up to make sure they included the burgers between the buns? And they think that’s okay,,, the manager said… Well I didn’t put the order together”….. real nice ….

The children's set meal that was exchanged for points turned into sauce. Complain to the manager. The manager is very discriminatory. I keep emphasizing that my English is not good. Can't understand what he said. And the attitude is bad. Yelled at me in front of many customers. It's terrible. When did the service industry become like this?

Terrible service we ordered on the kiosk because they won’t allow ordering from the cashier and then we sat and waited for 30 minutes for what is suppose to be fast food and there were nothing but teenagers back there screwing around listening to loud music and when we got our food it was cold and burnt and had been sitting out a while I don’t know what happened but McDonald’s use to have really good service and used to be really fast and hot and ready this place definitely went down hill I will not be back and I don’t recommend coming here
whoever the guy is that works taking orders and he’s always in the first window makes it so that I don’t even want to go to this location. I have no idea how he is still employed and how people don’t realize how uncomfortable he is making everyone that comes through the drive-through. I can understand that it’s hard to fill positions but I would go without rather than with and his case. If you’re ordering from this location go to the outside Lane for a drive-through pay with the app and then you can avoid him all together.
