Horrible customer service and manager Bianca. Take care of your customers. Get the orders right and assume responsibility. Apologize!!!! When you order a cheeseburger… don’t you think there should be a burger between the buns? Do you have to not only look on the bag to see if the items are there nit literally open it all up to make sure they included the burgers between the buns? And they think that’s okay,,, the manager said… Well I didn’t put the order together”….. real nice ….

The drive thru worker Ryan is the perfect example of what a McDonalds employee should be! He needs a raise immediately! He single handedly made this experience awesome!

Service was very rude. I ordered through the app at 10:49 pm. I arrived at 10:57 awaiting my order, but told me they were closed and claiming to have no food. According to the establishment, it closes at 11, not 10:49, and not 10:57, so I shouldn't have been denied service.

They customer service is terrible and the manager that day had a bad attitude her name was yadira but the other manager name was briana I believe that one day I came in was very polite and awesome good customer service and everything never going back.

I had an extremely disappointing experience at this McDonald's location. The manager, Asia, was incredibly rude and unprofessional. When I brought up a concern, she became argumentative, laughed inappropriately, and just shook her head instead of addressing the issue seriously. It’s unacceptable for a manager to behave this way, especially when customers are trying to resolve an issue. Definitely not the level of service I expect from McDonald's.

The 2 guys working in the drive thru were so unprofessional and kinda rude. Ordered 2 breakfast burritos and 2 hash browns, the 2 burritos looked and tasted like they were from the day before and the hash browns were soggy and stuck to the bag

I stop and get breakfast here almost everyday. The amount of times that I order and get charged for a number 9 and receive a number 2 is ridiculous.
