Sandwich was wrong and disgusting looking- didn’t eat it, fries were cold and drinks were missing carbonation. How can fries be cold when there is a line- this means they make them ahead and let them sit. Looking at the reviews, this McDonald’s has gone downhill over the past couple months- not sure if it’s the owner- operator or poor management oversight. Since it’s the only fast food option for this part of town- there’s no incentive for them to improve.

Had to update my review, this “WAS” our go-to McDonald’s, now this is the third time we have dined in and had this many issues:
-cold food -no napkins -no sauces given -no ketchup in dining area -dining room dirty -staff ignoring dining room line, had to wait 5 mins just to get napkins and ketchup
Since when does McDonalds keep ketchup locked up behind the counter, i came here with my two kids and had to leave them alone at the table for 5-8 mins just to get there sauces and ketchup i requested when i ordered, kinda ridiculous to be spending what McDonalds charges now, to have such poor service.

Every time. Every single time I use the drive thru, they ask me to park and I have to wait an extra 5-10 mins to get my food. Regardless if there is a line or not. Half the time the orders are messed up. I'll be going to Caton Farm from now on.

Drive thru - We ordered, nothing was said, then someone else came on and asked for our order. When we got to the window, they didn't have our order. We gave the order again and paid. When we pulled up to the next window, they tried giving us someone else's order. When we finally got our order, my fries were stone cold.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. I believe I've been racially profiled . Everytme I've come through the drive through, I order the same thing. And everytime I've been asked to wait. But then multiple cars come behind me and get their food right away. It's saf to say none of them be my race. Today 8 cars got their food. I got my food when no one else was in . They putting dirt on mcdonalds name . Because of that I rather spend more money at Wendy's then to ever go to mcdonalds again I'm done with me
Horrible service, took 5 minutes to come to the speaker and take my order.. which was a mobile order, they told me to hold. I had placed the order ahead of time it was still not ready after the long wait. Over 10 minutes in the drive thru

Lady taking my order tonight did so incorrectly so I waited 15 MINUTES in the drive thru (I wait about this long EVERY time I come to this location) to have a sandwich saturated in the juice of the pickles I did not want, and cold fries that were barely salted. Waste of my time and money. I only went here because I was too tired to go out of the way to the McDonald’s by caton farm rd, where the food is also cheaper for some reason? Do yourself a favor and go to another location.

This is the worst Mc Donalds Ive ever been to. They Always I mean always mess up the drive thru order. It was a very good McDonalds when we moved out this way 14 years ago. Now if we want McDonalds we will drive the extra miles for good service.*** again the order was messed up. Not just mine but the lady in front of me.?

I had ordered a double cheeseburger and small fries. The fries were good but I had an issue with my double cheeseburger. The bun was very soggy and inedible. I did get sick for eating it
