I was having a rough day and wanted to buy some icecream for my family to cheer us all up. I got one of the cones mistaken for another, (otherwise it would be too crunchy for my 5 year old niece and she won’t eat it). I tried explaining this to the first employee but she walked away before I could speak.
However, RAYMOND gave 5 star customer service, was extremely helpful, gave napkins, and made sure the icecream was handled with care. His amazing customer service is the reason I’m giving a 5 star review of this location!

In our household We just love Oberweis. Love their strawberry shakes, so freaking delicious. We buy milk, cheese, egg, etc. and we love the quality of their products and how fresh it is. Our favorite is their milk, it is creamy and rich and it just taste fantastic. They now have strawberry milk and is a must try.

I am infatuated with the strawberry milkshake at the establishment. My mother and I visit here often and get their milkshakes as it is one of our favorite late night treats I enjoy how late they say open until nearly 11 PM most nights, which makes it a convenient sweet treat, even at late hours of the night or at Random so I would highly recommend coming to this location if you’re near it or can.

I love oberweis such a good ice cream place I come here a good amount with my brother definitely a place to try the ice cream or milk shakes are amazing very creamy. Service is good nothing to complain about. And the atmosphere is amazing pictures about the history are cool nice job oberweis.

A family of four was in line in front of me and we all waited about 5 minutes before one of the SEVEN people behind the counter finally acknowledged them. Once their order was taken, and I started to approach the counter, the girl walked away. Very good ice cream. Very bad customer service.
