I stood in line for 10 minutes order a breakfast sandwich just to be told I was 10 minutes too late. Absolutely ridiculous policy and poor customer service.

I placed a delivery order at roughly 8:15am for delivery between 11:05 and 11:15 my order did not arrive until 11:30. Arriving cold and causing me to miss my lunch period at work. I paid $22 for a tiny bowl of soup and a drink. I contacted the store regarding my issue the girl on the phone couldn’t even manage to type my name in correctly after 3 attempts and the manager was far worse, arguing regarding my delivery time telling me it was scheduled for 11:15 to 11:30, I explained it even says sorry for the delay in the delivery tracker, and they were not willing to do anything to remedy the situation. I will never ever spend another dime in a Panera again. The worst customer service I have EVER experienced.

I bought a CHICKEN southwest salad and upon opening my salad at home, what was missing the chicken. Yeah that’s why I’m never going back.

Panera Bread on Caton Farm Rd and 59 is really going downhill. They had 2 plain bagels at noon. They discontinued sesame bagels, had no poppy seed bagels. This is the way it always is by noon. Don't they realize how much business they're losing by not carrying more demanding products. We need a new bagel shop in the area.
I ordered my meal through door dash and the driver did not deliver my drinks. I was having a bad morning and it really got to me so I called to see if they were still at the store for me to pick up myself. Lizzie helped me and she was soooo sweet! Brought my drinks out to me curbside and included a free cookie! Turned my day around, I’m just very thankful that she went out of her way for me! Love Panera, their employees and the food!

$10 for a 6oz soup and a bread bowl ??RIDICULOUSLY OVERPRICED and besides that, A RIDICULOUSLY SMALL SERVING !!!Manager stated "that's the price" and walked away. No attempt to justify the price or empathize for HUGE price increases.

Take the word “bread” off your name, your bread tastes like chemicals and baking soda really what happened?
They serve a variety of sandwiches and you can request white, wheat or whole grain and request the bread is toasted. Otherwise it is just a sandwich.
Vegetarian options: Onion soup along with vegetable soup
Wheelchair accessibility: No accessibility for wheelchairs
