The quality has dipped over the years. This past week I ordered a stuff crust pizza, the crust was good but everything else was burnt. Unfortunately this has happened in the past with another order- which I didn’t mind but this is the second time. Come on Pizza Hut!

I just got off the phone with Xander and I am so happy!! We ordered a pizza a couple of weeks ago and when our order arrived it was missing the 99 cent shaker of cheese. I called the store and they said to just mention it with my next order. I placed my next order today and there wasn’t any place to “mention” it. I placed the order and called the store and Xander was the best!!! He not only said he would make sure I got the cheese shaker but he also threw in a red pepper shaker and he was so polite and professional!! If you live in Plainfield, Il and you want a pizza go to Pizza Hut!!

I’m someone who truly appreciates hard work and great food — and I always give credit where it’s due. But when it comes to cleanliness and service, I expect a basic level of respect and professionalism.
Unfortunately, my experience here was very disappointing. I placed an order for a cheese pizza and cheese sticks at 6:49 PM. I didn’t receive them until 8:00 PM.
When I went to check on my order at 7:25 PM, the staff casually told me, “Oh, I missed the cheese sticks. Do you want to cancel?” No apology, no accountability — just indifference. I was shocked. I had placed the order nearly 40 minutes earlier, and they hadn’t even started it?
When I finally got the food at 7:39 PM, both the pizza and the cheese sticks were so puffed up, it felt like eating plain bread. No flavor, no texture — just disappointing.
If the food and service are going to be this inconsistent, it’s hard to justify coming back. Cleanliness and respect toward customers should never be compromised.

So I ordered pizza through doordash. My pizza came with no sauce on it. Doordash said they could not reimburse me more than $2.60 for a pizza. I don't know who doordash is conversating with but a pizza from Pizza Hut is not that cheap. And how dare they try to shortchange me. I tried to make the review on doordash they would not allow me to so here I am on Pizza Hut's website putting in my review.

The thin-n-crispy pizza was great as always. I was disappointed in the mild buffalo wings I ordered. Not buffalo at all. Tasted 100% like Chinese orange chicken. Not a fan.

Horrible experience. I never ever want to go to a pizza hut ever again. And for $20 bucks a pizza... they shouldn't have been worse then little cesears! First off we get there and they didn't even have our order. Then finally found it. We had to wait for them to be cooked. Ran home and ran back, the man at the counter acted like it was his first day. It was the worst experience ever. Then we get home... and the pizza isn't even the right pizza we ordered!! The pizzas also were so overcooked and nasty. The cheese didn't even look like it was on the pizza. This is just horrid.
I called back. Waited on hold for 15 minutes. The solution was a free pizza on them next time. Seriously!!???! That's all. For all the gas we used. All the time we wasted....I wanted a refund not a free pizza. I never want to stop back there ever again.

I ordered 2 pizzas, and it took me over an hour to finally eat my food. They gave me the wrong sauce on BOTH pizzas. I had to come back in the store and wait for another 20 minutes for the pizza to be made. I dont know if iconic is this guys name but this was a big waste of my time. Why would i want 4 pizzas? Not to mention, i had work right after this and was late because of this joke. So frustrating, waste of time and gas. Such a waste of food as well.
