I love potbelly SPECIALLY their shakes! This location you DO NOT want to go to if you want a shake. It's always just flavored milk. ALWAYS

I went to the Plainfield Potbelly on Route 59 today. Ordered a skinny chicken salad sandwich. Drove home ready to eat and there WAS NO CHICKEN SALAD on the sandwich. This is the 3rd time this has happened to me at this location in the past several months. Whoever answered the phone apologized and said they were training people. Sounds like there is a serious training problem since this is the 3rd time this has happened. The only reason there is a one star rating by me is because zero wasn't an option. No more Potbelly for me.

I have never wrote a Google review ever until today, I’m extremely furious, horrified and sickened. Whoever made my sand-which needs to get fired IMMEDIATELY!!! I love potbelly and have had great experiences at OTHER locations this was my FIRST time coming to this drive-through location NEVER AGAIN. I was eating my sandwich and it somewhat tasted like burnt bread so I didn’t think too deep into it until I got towards the end and it started to taste like chemicals, I started to feel like I couldn’t clear my throat because I felt bits of WHAT SEEMS TO BE the left over burnt food particles, grease and chemicals from the grill is when it is cleaned, my throat was burning and itching, who knows what else they did to my food, they basically POISONED my food, after an hour or two my stomach got extremely upset, I had heart burn and felt like throwing up. I don’t know who thought that this was a joke to play with somebody’s HEALTH. Whoever made my sandwhich tampered with it, they PURPOSELY PUT IT IN MY SANDWICH you can tell because of where they chose to add that disgusting burnt residue from the grill. I threw that piece from the sandwhich away and my other half that I had left including my cookie SMH. Waste of money and time. Please talk to this staff member immediately. Unacceptable.

Stunned at the poor customer service I received here yesterday with my kids by the manager and another employee. Would not come back. Treat your customers better.

Why have a mobile order pick-up area and not put your order there? Was waiting for 15min and my order was on the counter. Maybe ask why someone is standing by the mobile order pick-up

General Manger DYLAN FARLEY was rude, inconsiderate and condescending to CHILDREN ORDERING. He refused to make/ accommodate sandwich request. We order this sandwich all the time however when we asked for the Wreck without pork he said he would give us less meat if it was just roast beef and turkey. We asked for extra meat and he said there was no way to ring it up on the register. My sister on her graduation day still in her cap and gown left the store crying because of the treatment she received. When my mother and I went to the store he said he didn’t make the sandwich because she didn’t ask for “double “ meat. WE ARE HIGHLY DISSATISFIED WITH THE SERVICE AT THIS LOCATION. We are also in contact with Potbelly corporation to report this issue!

I ordered the chicken club with hot peppers, lettuce and mustard. Everyone was pleasant and I was in and out with my lunch. My only complaint is, it was supposed to be a hot club but my chicken was cold.

Ordered wrecking ball sandwiches thru DoorDash and for the second time they arrived without meatballs. And PotBelly won't do anything they blame DoorDash. Um, DoorDash didn't make the sandwiches wrong...

This Potbelly has excellent service! I especially enjoyed the wonderful staff, Miranda, Lupe, Monse, and Josh who went above and beyond to help me and provided excellent costumer service. The food is fresh and the place is clean. Would highly recommend. Good to see a place who with young motivated and high quality employees.

I went in this week with my family, & noticed that while I was ordering. There was a girl on her phone the whole time not helping her coworkers. I asked the sweet cashier is that the manager she said yes and told me her name. Very unprofessional and lazy of Miranda. So many lazy people these days. Desperate times I guess

I went to Potbelly's on a quiet Sunday afternoon with a few of my friends. I did a mobile order and planned to eat there. Once we got our food, my friend realized none of his toppings were in the sandwich.He went and talked to manager, who was super understanding and re-made the sandwich for us.We then noticed, my friend didn't hit the "add toppings" button in the app. The manager could've been rude and said you get what you ordered, but was very understanding, even offered a refund. Good set of people working here, thank you!
