Good food, but false advertising. They have banner outside with margarita special that they wouldn’t honor. Contacted Red Robin 3 times in 3 weeks with no response. They obviously aren’t concerned with customer satisfaction or repeat customers. I thought food was good, but would go back with their attitude. Don’t expect to get advertised prices.

I have changed my rating from 5 to 4.
The experience was great, just very disappointed they no longer have any soup on the menu, especially their tortilla soup!!! It was 14 degrees outside, and we were looking forward to some warm soup.
I understand it's been a very long time since they have had the tortilla soup, but I just received a notification about updating my review.

I am thoroughly disgusted after walking into this restaurant. We were seated along the windows in a booth and I noticed that there was a shrimp tail on the ground. I figured this was just something that fell, but I looked over the side of the booth and found that the entire space between the booth and the window was filled with food and trash. This was not limited to my booth but the entire edge of the windows. This was at 3 PM and the restaurant had very few people inside so it was not as if this was after the dinner rush. This filth has to have been piling up for days, if not weeks. I cannot believe that management does not care enough to check the cleanliness of their restaurant. If the dining area looks like this, what does the kitchen look like? We immediately walked out without eating and we will not be back.

There's only one time where I went to Red Robin where the service was bad I think the kid was new

Great place for quick burgers & treats. Brussel sprouts are awesome!!! Just a fun place to eat. Service is outstanding!!

Server smelled like she came back from a smoke break. My drink was mostly ice and fruit inclusions, got a few sips worth of liquid. The girl who welcomed us and sat us was very sweet though.
