My family's been coming to this Red Robin ever since it first opened, so we were sad to hear that it will be closing down soon. Tried and enjoyed pretty much every burger they've offered, and we always enjoyed the food, atmosphere, and service. We made sure to visit one last time, and wish everyone well!

Great food, great staff, the french fries are always amazing. I always get the fried egg/bacon cheeseburger... it’s my absolute favorite, and I would suggest it 10/10

I've been dining here annually for my brother's birthday for years! All my visits were pleasant due to the food, service, and atmosphere being great! Every visit I'd try a different themed burger on the menu and the fries were always delicious. Also, our family would get a tower of onion rings that were always solid as well. In addition, today I ordered their famous Freckled Lemonade for the first time and it was excellent.
Chose to write a review as my family and I noticed a sad letter posted on the door as we were departing. Unfortunately, this location is going to be closing mid August. I just wanted to say thanks to anyone who worked at this location today and in past years every time my family dined here to celebrate a birthday. We never had a bad experience here and always enjoyed it.

Good food, but false advertising. They have banner outside with margarita special that they wouldn’t honor. Contacted Red Robin 3 times in 3 weeks with no response. They obviously aren’t concerned with customer satisfaction or repeat customers. I thought food was good, but would go back with their attitude. Don’t expect to get advertised prices.

I have changed my rating from 5 to 4.
The experience was great, just very disappointed they no longer have any soup on the menu, especially their tortilla soup!!! It was 14 degrees outside, and we were looking forward to some warm soup.
I understand it's been a very long time since they have had the tortilla soup, but I just received a notification about updating my review.
I am thoroughly disgusted after walking into this restaurant. We were seated along the windows in a booth and I noticed that there was a shrimp tail on the ground. I figured this was just something that fell, but I looked over the side of the booth and found that the entire space between the booth and the window was filled with food and trash. This was not limited to my booth but the entire edge of the windows. This was at 3 PM and the restaurant had very few people inside so it was not as if this was after the dinner rush. This filth has to have been piling up for days, if not weeks. I cannot believe that management does not care enough to check the cleanliness of their restaurant. If the dining area looks like this, what does the kitchen look like? We immediately walked out without eating and we will not be back.
