We went in on a Friday night at 7 pm. The Bar and seating area was full. There was one couple before us waiting for a table. They were seated about 5 minutes after we arrived in a 4 top. So we were up next. At 7:10 a six top was available but they told us they couldn't seat us there because they wanted to hold it for a larger party if one came in. At 7:20 2 adults and 2 kids came in and they seated them at the table before us. At 7:30 another 6 top became available and they sat us at that 6 top. The whole 30 minutes we waited for a table people were coming in and leaving because of the lack of seating at the bar or tables. We wife ordered a tea and asked for sugar. Waitress brought the tea and left 3 different types of artificial sweetners but no sugar. When we spotted her at another table my wife again asked for sugar and she said she didn't think they had any but she would look. She came back 5 minutes later with a child size cup that they had put a few tablespoons of sugar in. The pizza was ordered with light cheese on one side and regular cheese on the other. The light side had alot of cheese on it. Way too much. The pizza crust was very limp and soft. Very different from what we had experienced at other Rosati Locations. Overall the service and food were lacking. We will not go back to this location.

Went to host a Singo game. There was one server for over 60 people. Even though the server was overworked she was still as attentive as she could be. Food was served hot & fresh. Only complaint is that is was cold in there. Most people were wearing jackets to keep them warm. I know I was cold & I had to wear a sweater while working the game.

The food is the same every time. The service all depends on the day you go. The ambiance is as good as can be expected as all bars have turned into kids playgrounds since they got rid of smoking indoors.

Poor management and poor food quality as of late. My food was delivered by Doordash. They left my food on the ground! No doorbell just a random text which I was not expecting since they claim to not use 3rd party companies to deliver your food which is obviously not true. Pizza was cold because I didn't even know it was there! Kim the manager just apologized no discount or anything to try to help the situation and keep a customer. Ordered again recently to give them another try and pizza barely had any toppings and was very bland called to complain and again Kim wasn't helpful it seemed like she thought I was lying. Smh she requested that I drive there and bring the pizza back and she would make a fresh pizza which is silly and inconvenient. I had the pizza delivered to me and paid the fee plus tip and you expect me to leave my home drive in traffic and wait at least an hour to eat?! Ridiculous I've never experienced such poor management from a restaurant. They don't care about the customer at all!

The server, miss blonde hair was so nice, she gave us great service for a small lunch my friend and I had. However the food was so bland and needs to be seriously re-evalued! It’s pretty dead and dry as a desert in here, not a fun place for drinks.

I've been to this location a number of times. Unfortunately, my last two transactions were hellacious!This most recent encounter the restaurant messed up my order. When I called to explain, the employee didn't assist me with a remedy. Horrible customer service.To add insult to injury while eating my Cesar salad I noticed a bug in my food!Avoid eating here at all costs!
Food and service has been despicable! No assistance from the worker if they make a mistake and finding insects in your food is unacceptable! If you are in the plainfield area we have too many better choices to choose from. Remove this location as an option.

The last couple of orders that were placed were not up to normal standards. The pizzas, salads ( hold the bugs) and their chicken has changed dramatically. I would not go to this location again.
