This is the third time I've ordered food and had the delivery not only 30 minutes late, but this final time they claimed they delivered food that actually did not arrive. It's too bad because the food is really good. Their service is not.

There are so many things wrong with this place. As a franchise that is known for having ready to go slices. I had to wait 25 minutes for my food. Which sucks especially after they told me it was only going to take 10 minutes the food doesn’t taste good and also in the picture shown below there was a hair in my food. This place is disgusting and I will never be returning and I suggest that no one goes here

Rosati’s used to always be known for good slices of pizza. I have been here 3 times the past 2 months and each time the pizza was stale and cold. The pizzas aren’t kept in a warming rack to help preserve temperature, or even stored inside of a container. Watched the guy take a slice off of a pan that was on a rack with jars of tomato sauce and then nuked for 30 seconds. I knew it wasn’t fresh when even after they warmed it, the cheese stayed solid and had an odd color to it. Poor quality and poor service.

What's better than pizza? So they don't seem terribly busy was able to pick up my pizza, good parking spots. Not a line out the door. Price is about as good as it gets. So yeah pizza was still hot, service is about as good as pizza place service gets.

got a couple of old pizzas probably made the day before they just reheated it , used to be a decent spot to get something quick for lunch but has now gone down the drain.

I’ve been coming here every week and always have to wait at least 15 mins. So today I called ahead. Didn’t see my order until I got there, told me it would be another 20 mins. So I ordered a large cheese pizza and fries, but walked out of there with one slice of sausage because that’s all they had. Meanwhile, they are preparing a full pizza for another customer. Could have at least gave us the free slice.

Ordered a XL sausage, green pepper and onion 8/29/24
The pizza was good except the green pepper and onion tasted like they were previously frozen. The onion was red onion that I never got there before in my 10 years of going there and had very little taste.

Toppings didnt seem fresh ?
Expect better for spending $$

It's mostly a carry out location, and the pizza was overcooked. I asked for crushed red peppers, and they gave me 2 little packs.

Place has gone down hill fast for single slices at lunch time past two months. With the new guys running the joint they will tell you two minutes then have you wait twenty or they’ll tell you two minutes and give you a microwaved cheese slice with whatever topping you want thrown on top. If you want a stomach ache go ahead. Can’t vouch for ordering whole pizzas this is just not the place for a lunch slice ?. This roasatis used too be fresh and fire now they get a late start and don’t value quality. Vita Bella’s down the street has this location beat.

We placed order for Deep Dish Spinach pizza for first time. We really enjoyed so much. It was really comfparable to name brand Deep dish pizza. Keep it up. We will come back & will spread words to our friends. Manager & staff is also very curtisious. Thanks.

Ugh. Used to be great. 2nd time that I’ve received a burnt pizza but too hungry to mess with returning it. Meh. Think we are done with Roastis.
