Savino's Beef & Gyros

DO NOT GO HERE!! I have posted a review about this place before. We decided to give them another chance. What a mistake! 7 dollars for a small fry! 16.49 for a 6 inch Italian beef, 13.99 for chicken gyro, no sides. My beef, wet, with cheese and hot peppers is mostly bread. Gyro is light. This place is 50 percent higher than Portillos with half the food and half the taste.

We were passing through, and wanted to get an Italian Beef. Did not disappoint. Great food, came out quick, good service.

First time here, gyro sandwich was so good.
First bite noticed a wonderful crunch, had to look and see what was so good and crunchy in there, I never had a gyro with that before. After inspection ? It appears they fry/cook the inside of the pita in cheese until it is crunchy. Love it! Pricey, maybe, depends on how you look at it.

Food is really good for a hot dog place, but it's way overpriced! My family of four got sandwiches and it was $80.00. Johnny's down the street is almost as good and nearly half the price.

Horrible and super expensive. Order was wrong and $19 for 2 corn dogs??? The Greek salad which was $15 was small like a side salad. Way too overpriced and the quality of food is getting worse. Never again. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Best chicken sandwich anywhere!! I had the "Bad Bird" with spicy aioli; chicken is hot, freshly breaded & fried...bigger than the bun! Fries are hot & fresh, & they give you tons...more than I can eat, but so good! My son got the gyro, my hubby had the Italian beef/polish combo; we all left happy & full!!

I called in my order according to the menu and the total was way more than I expected. I then went online and the prices were significantly more expensive. Unfortunately the food and the new prices aren’t worth it. The fries changed and that was one of the best things going for them. The chicken gyros plate increased by 7 dollars. Beef sandwiches prices increased. Hot dogs. I used to go here because it was cheaper than Portillos but not anymore.

Ordered on doordash and I knew this was a good place when I took my husband's pickles off his burger and it tasted heavenly ? differently coming back ? they even divided my gyro meat and shrimp so it's all fresh

Time to update the menu prices! Went from $5.99 to $10.99 for the beef sandwich! Add fries and drink, and it's over $17!! Can't even eat all that much!

My Emplyee loves this place and always gets the Steak Tacos. I went today and had the Chicago Dog special as well as ordered a small chili. Not a “bean” guy on chili but…. Was great!!! I’m no chef but the ingredients tasted fresh and was great. Will order again (even with beans). Staff is great and let my dog inside (was out walking him when I stopped by). Loved it.And yes….
