Went thru drive thru. First time here. Food was average. Similar to Canes but chicken pieces were so much smaller, fries were crispy and crunchy which we loved. Ordered Hungry Meal 7 with ranch and garlic parmesan sauces. We loved the sauces! Meal was $15.99 which I think was a bit much. I split the meal with my son.

Prior to my last visit at this location it was not so good. They forgot some of my order even after I asked them to check. The manager did comp my order for my next visit. So I went there yesterday and explained what had happened. I spoke to the GM Andrea and after some back and forth she honored what the last manager told me. Andrea was great and made a possible bad situation into a great experience. Andrea, if you see this you did an amazing job! Thanks!

I took a 45-minute drive from Chicago, only to be served cold food, and the staff consisted of young teenagers who seemed indifferent. Customer service was terrible; I requested a fresh chicken sandwich but received cold food instead. I was very disappointed. The only good thing was the dessert in the jar. This place has really gone downhill and needs better training. I miss the Slim’s chicken that was locate in Orland Park, IL. I will not be returning to this location again to waste my time or money.
This is the second time I’ve ordered from Slim Chickens and I’ve been very pleased with the quality of their food. Additionally, Madison B. took my order and delivered it as well. She was kind, prompt, and took time to tell me how much she enjoyed working there, and it showed in her attitude! Good job Madison! So please pass this message on to her!
Better than Raising Canes. Slim Chickens wasn't bad. My son is a picky shit, so I have to go off of what he says. Not bad. The only issue is it costs $11.00 for 4 chickens strips. Not cool!

I really wanted to go here for the dessert and it was so good! But back to the food. We originally were going to go through the drive thru but figured our fries would be cold by the time we made it home. We ordered our meals and waited 15 min or so for our food. The chicken was very hot, fresh. Those fries were lukewarm and soft. Yes, I ate them because I was starving and knew my dessert would be good. But it was such a contrast. My husband noticed a sign that said something in reference to the food being made fresh to order (can't remember exact wording), and he commented that it must only apply to the chicken.
