Every single time i’ve ordered from here my order has been wrong. They constantly don’t have ingredients somehow even when it’s early afternoon. I’ve worked in fast food before i definitely understand mistakes are going to happen but it’s literally every single time. i have never gotten a correct order from this location. anytime we order the bowls we’ll order 2 of the same one and they’ll manage to mess up one of them even though it’s the same bowl.. adding on random toppings it’s doesn’t even come with or not adding the toppings it comes with. some of the employees are nice but nobody there seems to know anything.

What happened to this store ????? A bunch of new employees who weren’t properly trained and a MANAGER who refuses to do a refund on EXPIRED FOOD!!!!!! I purchased the egg box on 10/23 and the expiration date was clear on 10/21.“MANAGER” refused to give a refund on the expired food after I brought it to his attention and refused to get a new one (all the ones in the area in front were very clearly expired) because they “are not made to order” selling EXPIRED FOOD is nasty and disgusting. Shame on this business. I’ve been a customer for years and have NEVER had a problem with staff or product. Location was closed breifly. Assumption is they fired old staff and brought in a new staff of ignorant teenagers who don’t understand customer service. Ridiculous. Some of the employees would work at different smoothie kings in the area and I have yet to see them. One lady specifically would solve any problem in a heartbeat with such grace and kindness you forget there a problem at all. Have not seen her. Hope this company would not fire such an asset to be replaced with ignorant and disrespectful children with no home training.

ALWAYS incredibly fresh and delicious no matter what you order. Today I tried the PB Swizzle Smoothie Bowl and it was the best thing I have tasted in a long time.
