Shout out to the girl name jess or jessica! She was really sweet, probably the most sweetest girl ever. My mother struggles with english and she started speaking spanish helping my mom out so much more! There should be more barista out there that helps out like her! I wanted to speak with the manager to let her know how very sweet and kind the girl is.

Passing by today and decided to have a “Red cup” at this location. Ordered 3 drinks wait 15 minutes at least. I spilled the Caramel brûlée because cap cover not closed properly, was seeking for eye contact they seems very busy but not in work zone , finally to have girl clean up the mess and never check it ask if remake it, and never give me red cup( I just grab it by myself from the station in the end ). Need better employees’s training Need manager on duty ( especially on Event day ) at least there someone care about customers experience The barista who doing the hot drinks seems overwhelmed.

After a long rehearsal at my school I decided I would like to get a nice frap from Starbucks. Then when I finally get it, there is no straw. No straws in the establishment that I’m in, and no straws in the bag in which my Frappuccino should be joined with. I’m saddened and disappointed by the lack of straws I am presented with.

This has been my go to Starbucks for several years, they never get anything wrong and they always pay extra attention to The details if you have a custom drink. They are always friendly, and hilarious. I love this location. If I could give it 10 stars I would, never had a problem.

Baristas dont practice sanitation. Touching their hair, mouth, and phones constantly in between orders, without handwashing.
Coffee and Hot Chocolate were scalding hot, had to request ice. I rarely frequent starbucks, only visited to use remaining balance.
I will not be returning to this location.
