What a lovely stuff and wonderful people. So far in my eight years of experience the Starbucks Customer Service at this store was unbeatable. I am never given positive star ratings. Almost for any Starbucks store but the staff made my day. Thank You for a wonderful service. Take care, and she really handled very well. The concern that I had about the payment. It was already done from my account but pending. So the staff taking care of this matter wasn’t a very professional manor, which is I would say beyond the level of Starbucks and this wonderful lady. She deserves a raise for that. Thank you again.

Very rude barista. After paying $7 for a drink, you would think they could be courteous to their customers. Incident happened 4:20 pm on Tuesday 11-11-25. Hopefully a manager reads this and manages their staff.

Had a great morning at the Starbucks in Oak Brook today! The barista was super friendly and whipped up my pumpkin spice latte just right—creamy, spiced perfection. And I'm so excited that the pumpkin and pecan lattes are finally here; the pecan one was a nutty, indulgent twist I didn't know I needed. Quick service, cozy vibe, and that classic fall aroma everywhere. Totally made my day—heading back tomorrow! 5 stars

Sorry I can't give a better review because I love Starbucks m. First time here. They made my drink wrong. foam on my latte. So they took it out scooped out the foam and gave it back. Generally when they make something wrong they will remake it. Then I ordered egg bites which are normally so hot they need to cool off. They were tepid. Up it disappointed in my visit today.

This is primarily a drive thru location. There is no longer any seating inside and no public restrooms. The 3 star rating is due to the lack of indoor seating / restroom access. If you only use the drive thru anyway then this location should be as good as any other (maybe slower based on other reviews). But if you like to meet friends for coffee or sit and work in a Starbucks keep looking.

I come to this Starbucks a decent amount and I usually never have an issue but there is this young man who works here who has curly hair, glasses, and is also usually wearing a bandanna who has given terrible costumer service every time. He is rude, is never welcoming and doesn’t even say have a nice day.

Like every other Starbucks; this was expensive obviously. I loved the atmosphere (definitely recommend a caramel ribbon crunch frappe)
