If you want to come to this Starbucks make sure you show up 30 minutes earlier to order your drink because they like to close early, they will also let you wait in line for 10 min and not acknowledge you, with their back to you when they clearly saw you before turning and at 5 min before closing tell you they are closed. At that point 3 people were behind me. Starbucks is really not what it used to be to be when it comes to customer service anymore.

Came in because Dunkin messed my drink up. I got cream and sugar from here and they fixed the drink up to the point where you guys now have a returning customer. The guy was really nice and cool about the whole thing.

WOW, SUCH AN AWESOME LOCATION OF STARBUCKS!! IT WAS PROBABLY MY FIRST TIME EVER TRYING STARBUCKS IN USA. WE LIVE IN CANADA, AND WE DON'T GO TO STARBUCKS. RATHER, WE ALWAYS GO TO TIM HORTONS. SO, WHEN I WAS IN USA FOR ABOUT 12 DAYS, WE DECIDED TO GO TO STARBUCKS AFTER WE HAD DONE OUR SHOPPING IN FIVE BELOW, WHICH WAS IN THE SAME MALL.
