Idk why I didn't just go get my order when I'm literally 3 mins away, But I guess this is what I get for being lazy cause if i was at the store I would've caught this nasty mistake. How can a dry sandwich be soggy. I've eaten at subway over a dozen of times and never had soggy bread. I could have just made my own sandwich at home. Sadly I had to waste food, I wouldn't dare give this to a homeless person this is horrible

I like the drive thru feature. The only issue I've had of the dozen or so visits: one was ice tea given instead of lemonade and once no cheese on the sandwich.
Otherwise my favorite Subway shop. Thanks

I ordered online at 5:35pm. Pick should have been 5:50 pm. I walked in around 5:46 knowing my order may not be ready which is fine . I waited and there were 3 separate people who walked in within the same time frame. Once they all left it was shortly after 5:50. 6:06 pm to be exact. They only had 1 sandwich ready out of 3 that i had ordered and it was because they got busy. I ORDERED ONLINE BEFORE EVERYONE ELSE ARE YOU KIDDING? This is one of the sandwhiches that i ordered. JUST TERRIBLE. I understand they had a rush but the least you can do since you did not prioritize my order is make my sandwich good and not COLD . I will be going to the other plainfield location!

Received Subway coupons in the mail. Wife and I decided to order food using the above coupons. But I decided to drive over to order at the restaurant.
At the entry door was a sign. We do not accept coupons but alternate menu can be used. Went in any way to find out what is the deal????.
We wanted 2 foot long turkey club sandwiches. The lady said I can't use that coupon for my order.
So I said "Subway sends me coupons, I drive there to use them and I'm told I can't.
Whomever came up with that marketing scheme should be fired immediately to save the subway future bankruptcy.
We use coupons from many different restaurants with no problems.
So I went over couple doors down to Jersey Mike's and spend $20 for two club sandwiches.
Never going back to Subway for the Substandard service. Very aggravating experience.
Good luck with that marketing approach.
Jersey Mike's and Jimmy Johns here We come.
And please don't send anymore worthless coupons, please.

All 3 sandwiches had cold meat and they even asked if I wanted the meat warmed.... I said yes. ? I was in the drive-thru and was very kind with the employee. It wasn't until I got home that I noticed the 3 sandwiches had cold meat....

This is literally the worst subway in existence. The service is awful. Everyone is rude and like bad at their job? It seems like they always only have 15 year olds working here and they don’t know what they’re doing. Every order I make online or in store takes 20+ minutes. Like ??? They also never look over in the drive thru, what’s the point of having it? I have a lot of patience for service workers but here it’s like the workers are trained for 15 minutes and left to run the store. I would hardly call them sandwich artists.

I am extremely dissatisfied with my experience at Subway. Despite ordering my sandwich online, the employee got my order wrong and was very rude. When I reached out to Subway for help, they offered no assistance in terms of a refund or any kind of compensation. They simply expected me to drive all the way back to their store to get the correct order. Needless to say, I am not willing to waste any more of my time or money on such terrible service. If Subway continues to treat their customers this way, they will soon be out of business. I highly recommend taking your business elsewhere, to a place where you are treated with respect and given the help you deserve.

Love Subway, I think they are still the best, even with all the new sandwich stores. I just think $12 for any sandwich is ridiculous. Prices are sketchy, but sandwiches are always delish! Always! Great service, clean and always helpful at the Plainfield store.

Don't go to the drive thru, it takes 20+ minutes. Their parking lot is also a nightmare to maneuver through. Do yourself a favor- especially if you're in a bit of a time crunch, and pick a different location.

I went to Subway expecting a quick and enjoyable meal, but instead, I was greeted with abysmal customer service. The lady with the lip piercing was sneezing over food and seemed more interested in chatting amongst themselves than taking my order, and when she finally acknowledged me, she was rude and unhelpful. Gave an unwarranted attitude when I was trying to figure out what she put on my sandwich. My sandwich was sloppily made, and I felt like I was inconveniencing them by being there. Needless to say, I won't be returning to this Subway anytime soon.
