Chicken was bad. Pickles looked gross. Peppers were wilted. Couldn’t figure out gift cards. Couldn’t understand the gentleman behind the counter. Last time I will try to eat there. Ended up throwing the sandwich away

The worst experience my wife Vicky ecountered at this Subway on Caton Farm and County LineRd. Were the the worker from Inda told my wife if she new how to speak English just because she was asking for the chips from the meal we order. I can not believe he was so racist with her, terrible people that Subway has working in there establishment. And on top of that the Lady that was working with him also from India was laughing at my wife. New management is needed and fast before they continue discriminatig.

If you’re black I would advise you not to support this establishment. Not my first but 2nd time being racially profiled trying to pick up an order. If I have proof, I purchased something that means I purchased it thsts it that’s all give my order. I sat trying to prove I purchased the order with A CONFIRMATION I RECEIVED for 25 minutes if I place an order for pick up I expect to be in and out WHEN I PLACE A PICK UP TO Avoid LINES.

If you like eating just bread with barely anything on it then Subway is the place for you. They cut back on the meat so much you can't even taste it. Save your money go somewhere else.
worst service ever. if you go there and make a complaint because your sandwiched is not made right then you go back they will refuse to give you a sandwich because you had made a complain in the past. so strongly not recommended this place.

Best subway I've ever been to. Everything always seems fresh, orders usually get made fast, unless there's a ton of people, and I've had no issues with my orders being wrong. The regular employees are always polite and easy to work with. The only thing holding me back from visiting more often is the ever-increasing prices, but otherwise a solid place to go when I've got nothing ready at home.
