I just ordered an Uber eats order and spent around $100 for three ramens and three rolls. When I ordered there was no indication that the restaurant was “out of eggs”. The order came and I was looking for the eggs which were missing. I called the restaurant and they said they were out of eggs. I asked for some kind of credit. Instead I was met with attitude that I can get $1.50 back. Since when were eggs so cheap? Really disappointed with the customer service especially since...
I feel like this place has good food, but I wouldn’t know because I ordered the spicy shrimp ramen but was given tempura shrimp ramen which I don’t think should be a thing because it became overly soggy and ruined the food
The gyosas were very good and unique. The dipping sauce was also a very good pairing for it! And the bartender/server was very accommodating and funny. I work night shifts and when I told him, he called me a vampire in a funny way. Will be back !
