It Is always a pleasure to visit the donut Bros. Their donuts are delicious and the customer service is always great. The older lady and gentlemen are super nice and friendly and always have a smile on their face.

Donut Bros was absolutely delicious!!! Every donut we bought was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly made, there wasn’t a single miss! They also make giant donuts, which are just as good as they are impressive. You can really tell care goes into the quality and variety. Definitely a spot worth coming back to.

The best donut shop and with REAL hot chocolate what’s impressive because most of the places only serve hot chocolate mix with water that’s embarrassing.
But I’m very thankful for the Donut Bros in Plainfield, IL.

While we visit them on a regular basis, the owner has generously donated donuts to our fundraiser at st. Mary's parish school for the last 3 years and they are always a hit! Very kind and giving staff/owners and they are very much appreciated as a donor of the community.

No better donuts anywhere! All SO good with total faves being the german chocolate, the sour cream, the apple fritter (huge!), & any with angel frosting!!! 🤤 Owners (& son), Shannon, & gals are all great too!!!

If you're looking for good customer service and an amazing selection of donuts, then don't go to the donut bros. I hadn't gone in a while because the last time I went there was actually no customer service. Not a single employee greeted me or asked if I was ready to order. I gave it a while before deciding I'd try it again because I remember the donuts being pretty good. Sure, the donuts are good, but I've had much better and been to places (i.e. the doughnut emporium in plano) that just have a much better selection. Anyway, I came in hoping that maybe the customer service changed. The employee, a young girl, at the register did in fact not greet me or even try to make eye contact with me. I should have just left, but I ordered because I wanted to still give it a shot. Biggest time waster honestly. I would have much rather gone to get a dozen donuts more worth $20 or more especially if it meant that the employee would actually treat me like a human. They go out to get food too, would they really want to be treated like that? Probably not. Just don't waste your time and money here.
