I placed an order for a pizza that I previously purchased believing what I purchased before will taste the same today. And yes the pizza I purchased today was even better tasting than I remember months ago.

We order delivery of a pizza, poppers, and zucchini. We live less than 6 min away. Delivery was scheduled 40-50min which is fine. It was not delivered until over 90 min and I had to call to be sure it was coming. The pizza was smaller than expected, cold and didn’t have enough toppings or flavor for the price. The poppers were not spicy and were filled only with cream cheese. Also cold. Fried zucchini was soft and unpleasant, also, you guessed it, cold. Do not recommend. Just order dominos instead.

We have been customers for years, last few order haven't been up to par, but the order from today was exactly how you do it; plentiful ingredients and just delicious all around. I called to get the cooks name, so I can request him next time. He is the manager, Oscar, and the front desk ladies were extremely personable, Angelina and one other young lady, I missed her name. We ordered Labor Day 2025. Thank you

I had to wait an hour and a half for my order when I got home my order was incorrect. I ordered sausage and half mushroom as a matter of fact when I got home, I had all mushroom over the whole pizza, onions which I didn’t order. I went to pick the pizza up I was told I was waiting on shrimp. I waited another half of an hour for shrimp. Made no sense to me. People were walking in picking up their orders and walking out, I’m still waiting therefore it did not make Vita Bella look good. I’m thinking about changing to Rosati‘s. I used to really love Vita Bella.
