We were going around town looking for a place to eat due to not having any at home at the moment on Christmas Eve. This young lady had the worst attitude I’ve ever seen. We saw there were cars in the drive thru so we thought they were open after checking many other places around. We got into the drive thru and the lady said, “we’re closed” with quite an attitude. I asked why there were cars in the drive thru and she repeated it again, but even meaner. I asked again why there were cars all in a nice manner without raising my voice yet she had her’s raised the whole time. She then proceeded to scream at us and yell that the cars are in line due to having online orders and as soon as they’re done with the online orders they’re, “finna” close. There was no reason to yell or be rude you could’ve said I’m sorry but we’re closed and if I asked why there are cars like I did then you can just respond with they have online orders. We would’ve just said okay sorry and left but instead she was rude from the start.

Went at 9:43 am to pick up a Uber Eats order, google said it was open but workers say it opens at 11, I called before hand to see if it was open but no one answered

The food was good nothing wrong there. But this is the 4th time I’ve paid for two bbq and only got one or got one bbq and one other random sauce. And this time the manager went and told the dasher I didn’t pay for the sauce. Might just be me but the picture clearly shows 2 bbq sauce. This has been a repetitive thing.

11/02/2025 Order a Biggie bag meal from the drive through pulled through to park lot to eat the food was Ice cold , fry cold , nuggets cold. I said what ever let the burger be fine it was covered in grease like someone Slopped in on i say I can't handle this just wanted a quick meal. I drive back through show the girl the sandwich like you see this na it's a burger . Rude I don't want 😤 your meal or a reorder manger No refunds ill make it again come on you don't play with people meal well I guess they do

Tried the chicken tenders and I will NOT ever buy tenders again at Tendys!🤮 One tender-the smallest of the 3 chicken tenders I got was decent. The other 2 had a couple bites each where my mouth had to wrestle the chicken apart and that tendons or whatever the hell it is that isn’t close to being tender!🤮

Is the grill broke why is all my food cold. Fries cold. Nuggets cold and burger cold and they dont answer the phone poor management dont eat here unless you bring a microwave the warm your food up. Yall give the good Wendy's spot a bad name is should of went to culvers

Horrible! Just came to get chicken nuggets and they CANT do half spicy and regular. The lady yelled at me in the drive thru saying you could only pick one. Do half spicy and half regular like you used to offer it

So i ordered a coffee and burger at 430 pm and sit down and eat and chill drink my coffee go up to get a refill and the guy has to ask the manager and she says kinda snotty we usually only serve coffee at breakfast. Mind you I just ordered a cup amd the website says they have coffee all day so they just didn't want to make me any. Plus a homeless man comes up and ask for money while im eating I tell him I just spent my last 4.50 which is true and he just lingered by me. Not a good experience would have loved my refill

Store was closed 3 hours early with no notice to costumers. I was stuck in the drive thru with cars in front and behind me for 20 minutes and could not leave. I completely understand that sometimes you need to close early, but that needs to be made known to costumers. Had an emergency occurred for myself or another costumer, there was no way to leave. That lack of communication created a safety hazard
