Waited inside for over 20 minutes to place an order before giving up. The staff was more concerned with servicing the pickup orders and drive thru. The manager used the excuse that they were short staffed when the matter was brought to her attention, but that is no excuse. A woman in front of us placed her order 10 minutes into waiting and then the girl who took her order said “I will be with you in just a second” then proceeded to prepare stickers on the counter for to go orders. Can’t make that make sense at all. At the very least, take the dang orders of the people who are standing in front of you. I would be understanding when it comes to having to wait for my order to be prepared, but to stand at the counter for 20 minutes and not even have someone take my order? That’s just ridiculous!

Went to the location at 10pm after a long flight back home on 6/10/2025. We used the drive thru and received the worst treatment from two females that were working They were putout by having to serve us. This was second time that my wife an I experienced this treatment from the same two employees.

First thing I see as I enter the drive thru is a sign saying they are out of Oreos. Luckily for me I wasn't there for the new frosty fusion with Oreos. I order and the. Amen told they are also out of diet coke. Really Wendy's? Then I get to the window which says no 50's or 100's. My total is 37 dollars. Really I can't pay with a 50? I know Wendy's is trying to get customers back with the frosty fusions but this is the wrong way to do it. Horrible customer service. Horrible cold greasy food. No thanks Wendy's. I'll keep McDonald's.
I am so disappointed to be laying in bed, the night before a concert with my stomach upside down, just cramping away. 3 hours had passed since I drank my frosty cold brew and had a handful of regular nuggets. But cramps that I haven't felt in a long time set in. I give it the benefit of the doubt. I eat my normal food at the end of the night and the cramps do not go away. It was not hunger pains causing me nausea.
I have food poisoning from this location. I suspect improper storage of the coffee or ESPECIALLY the creamer. But how would I know. Regardless, this was the very last thing I ate before the weird nauseating cramps began to swirl around.
Thank goodness my child only ate fries from here. She did not complain about her stomach before falling asleep. We both literally just had food poisoning last week. Thanks Wendy's.

Had a mobile order and was told at the window that the frosty machine wasn’t working and that I would be refunded within a few days. Never was refunded and I’ve been trying to get in contact with customer service and nothing has happened. And the girl handed me someone else’s drink at the window. Fries were also disgusting.

Order takers should know their menus. Asked if they still had baked potatoes and couldn't answer. I asked for meat less food they couldn't answer. Asked if the salad had meat. They responded no, has lettuce. Got home had chicken. Had to throw it out.
