Order takers should know their menus. Asked if they still had baked potatoes and couldn't answer. I asked for meat less food they couldn't answer. Asked if the salad had meat. They responded no, has lettuce. Got home had chicken. Had to throw it out.

I usually don't have a problem at this location. Well that changed today when I ordered a son of baconator meat and cheese only. Got home and there was no bacon, drove back and went inside to get it corrected. The employee told me "you said just the meat and cheese." I said " well yeah bacon is meat!!!! " She threw the 1st sandwich away instead of letting me keep it and gave me a new one with much thinner hamburger patties !!!! Not the thicker son of baconator patties! Jeez! Pay attention!

I always get great food from here and I did today as well, I received my change and went on with my day. Fast forward to later tonight I was picking up my brother food and was told my $20(which I got from them) was fake. Tried calling and it didn’t work.

I'm not sure why people work in customer service and can't tolerate a fast paced work environment. Not only was I ignored at the window while waiting for my order. When I finally got acknowledged, I was given the wrong order and a stank look. If you hate your job that much, do us all a favor and just quit. Won't be coming back, which is unfortunate because this is a convenient location.

The drive through is always super fast but the food is never fresh. Just about every time I come here and get chicken nuggets, they are cold, stale, or have been re-cooked. I appreciate the speed but it can’t take more than 2 minutes to cook the nuggets fresh. Id rather wait a few minutes, especially if the drive thru is clear and you’re paying almost $4 for 6 nuggets alone.

Service at this Wendy’s is .. well.. inattentive. The location is good, and it seems like they care about presentation since it was nicely decorated for Halloween when I visited. But service matters—a lot! McDonald’s offers much better service, so there’s no excuse here, especially with competition like McDonald’s, Burger King, and Culver’s nearby. The cashier’s “don’t talk to me” vibe reminded me of Wednesday Addams ?—not exactly what you want when grabbing a meal.
On a positive note, I love Wendy’s fries, and this location is consistent in that. They taste healthier than McDonald’s fries, with that signature skin-on texture, and are still really, really good.
The food overall isn’t bad. I had the Dave’s Single combo, and it tasted as good as it does at other Wendy’s, maybe even healthier compared to McDonald’s or Burger King.
One big letdown: the Wi-Fi. It showed up as available but wouldn’t connect—basically useless.
