The food was good nothing wrong there. But this is the 4th time I’ve paid for two bbq and only got one or got one bbq and one other random sauce. And this time the manager went and told the dasher I didn’t pay for the sauce. Might just be me but the picture clearly shows 2 bbq sauce. This has been a repetitive thing.
Service with a smile. The young man at the window said your welcome instead of the usual modern day response of "no problem" or "no worries " . Thank you for that

The location is good, and it seems like they care about presentation since it was nicely decorated for Halloween when I visited. But service matters—a lot!
McDonald’s offers much better service, so there’s no excuse here, especially with competition like McDonald’s, Burger King, and Culver’s nearby.
The cashier’s “don’t talk to me” vibe reminded me of Wednesday Addams ?—not exactly...
