Westfield Family Restaurant

Ordered my food and then waited over 30 minutes for my food (which never came) with 2 impatient toddlers the whole time. I have a bad experience pretty much every time I come here, so this will be my last. Save yourself the headache and just drive to 59 to get food.

I’m obsessed with this new to me hidden gem ? they have amazing food with a variety of drinks and dessert options.

I am so happy to have stumbled upon this restaurant as they have the sweetest staff working there and some of the most delicious and flavorful food. The chicken Opah here is off the charts flavorful and highly recommended plus their pitas are are perfectly crispy and soft in the middle , I’m just obsessed with them at this point and I loved the cozy and inviting atmosphere inside the restaurant with so many activities to do and entertain the whole family while eating a great meal !!!

Keep up the amazing work you all do there as I will be back time and time again !!!

I had gotten the country skillet and it wasn't bad, especially the gravy. But I saw they had used sliced american cheese probably to make the meal quick as it did come quickly. You have to order standing up as if a fast food restaurant then go sit down wherever you choose. They also make you pay before getting your meal and tip for service even though you dont get serviced yet. The ceiling fans were very dirty, and the plastic cups for water were sticky. The plastic plates too the outside corners were dirty and the inside corners appeared yellow. They don't give you mugs either they give disposable coffee cups, probably so you can take it on the go.

I have been a customer for years. Westfield had great food. My go to was always a Gryo plate. The amount of meat included does not make two gryo. We also ordered some wings. We paid 34.00. I know prices have gone up but the reduction in amount and quality will hurt your business. Hope the comment helps. I have been a fan for a very long time.

Super extensive menu and very friendly staff. Unfortunately we had to point out that a table was dirty and sticky. The staff quickly cleaned up the table and was very apologetic. The food proportions were very generous. I would highly reccomend this restaurant, just check the tables before you sit down.

Usually I don't go in for food, I go through the drive thru and I always have a pleasant experience with the people who are working on the drive-thru orders.

Its a full service restaurant with a drive thru! We only got ice cream for our first visit, two small, swirl cones and a small Polar blast with Reese's PB cups, YUM!! All were super delicious and just under $11 with tax. The Girl running the drive thru was very kind, courteous and friendly. Great experience will be back to try more items. ?
