Yen Ching Chinese Carry Out

We started eating here three months ago. They have great egg rolls. The food was flavorful and the fried rice was perfect. Fast forward to today. Everything is salty. No other flavors came through. The egg drop soup tastes like it was from a can and not made from scratch. The rice was overcooked. The beef and broccoli were overly salted. The liquid tastes like it was from a can. The egg roll, still good. I am done with this place. On to the next.

Order was incomplete, called back to inform about the problem and were told they could not send out the rest of our order. Only remedy was credit on our account. Terrible customer service.

Food was terrific. Chef was able to customize it for my authentic Chinese liking! Friendly family owned business with great prices for today’s market. A great to-go place indeed.

ONLY USE CASH TO PAY AT THIS STORE. Today I got charged twice with my order. The guy at the front desk swiped my MC and said it didn’t went through. So I gave my Visa and he said the Visa went through. But when I checked my MC Debit, it was charged the same amount I was charged for my Visa. I went back inside the store and talked to the guy but I know I will never win in the argument so I just let it go. Anyway, just want to share to everyone: DO NOT USE YOUR CREDIT CARD in this store. CASH ONLY NEVER TRUST THIS STORE.

We ordered Door Dash from here tonight. We were missing an item. When we contacted Door Dash they said they reviewed the claim and nothing could be done. It was an order over $100 and they refused to refund a missing $12 item. The egg rolls were good, the other food was not and I have a teenager without a dinner. Door Dash says they contacted the restaurant and they claim the item was delivered. We will not order from here again.

I ordered sweet and sour pork and I was disappointed in the fact that there were no pineapple chunks or green pepper or tomatoes it was just plain sweet and sour sauce. I also ordered hot and sour soup and again disappointed because they didn't have any Chinese pickles in the soup like most other Chinese restaurants. I was also disappointed when I asked for extra sweet and sour packets the guy behind the counter said he couldn't give extra because he would be in trouble by the owner and would have to charge me extra.
I do not recommend this restaurant...

Great Chinese takeout and delivery. Been ordering here for years and the food is great and always arrives piping hot. Chicken fried rice is loaded with big chunks of white meat and Generals Chicken is very good. Portion sizes are generous. Delivery is always very prompt.

It was my first and the last time going to Yin Ching in Naperville. The beef fried rice was the worst we've ever had, it was very bland and pale, no veggies nor green onions...nothing! Rice went in the trash. I ordered Schezwan chicken and got wrong item chicken with vegetables. The only good thing is the spring rolls. We were extremely disappointed, will NEVER go back!

When I first moved here food was awesome! Then the taste dropped and we stopped ordering. I gave it another shot after 10 years and it’s worse. Will definitely never order from here again

I was eating here great food great orange chicken. But then it happened, a bright yellow jeep came barreling through the doors with no mercy for human life ??I ended up dropping my food and skeddadling away. Will not eat here again too traumatic for me and my cats

Worst experience ever. ? There was hair in the food, no flavor, and just not good. We tried this location as something new and all of us regretted it.
