Hands down a terrible experience at the highway 231 Troy AL location 10/4/25! Appx 8:41 am We waited a bit to get to speaker then at speaker waited 4 min then 13 min til we got to window & our food wasn’t ready! Only 2 people working on a game day sat! Had to leave line & run daughter somewhere came back & front door locked so no choice but to wait in drivethru. Got food pulled off & order was not complete had to go back! Then they had to make that part! The meal was not given in a new box which I had wanted but that’s minor. Total Drivethru wait time was 25ish minutes ridiculous! The 2 workers couldn’t help they were understaffed but management can do better! I cannot wait for 7 brew to open across the street! DD did not even attempt to make it right!

Quality and rewards are terrible. A dozen donuts, which are made off site in a factory and are often old, are $17 a dozen.

Went to my favorite DD this morning. Green Street Morganton, NC. Encountered a LONG line. Which is rare. Because I had a mobile order I just pulled around and went in. I go there a lot, but when I walked in, I didn't recognize any of the three employees that were working. I explained that I had a mobile order and that I had been in line, but since it was taken a long time, I just come on in. Immediately, the girl at the cash register Became rude. She said we're doing the best we can. We will get to you in a minute. So I waited till she finished with the lady in front of me and from there, she walked away from the cash register went to the drive-through window and proceeded to talk to that car for at least 3 to 4 minutes while I'm waiting just to pick up an order. Her name is Chelsea. She said she was the manager, but I'm not sure of that because I could not believe how rude she became and just intentionally taking her time forever to get me my order. I don't think a good manager would've handled the situation like that. She would not give me the number to contact someone. She said she would call them on her phone. But she would not let me speak to them. So I don't think she called anybody. But took my number for them. Yeah ok. Then she proceeded to tell me that I have been abusive because I told her that I thought she was rude and not very good at her job She told me after i get my order, I need to leave and never come back there. Someone needs to fire Chelsea. She is bad for business.

Great food but the coffee is amazing actually taste like coffee. not like Tim's water. an the frozen coffee is 20x better than a ice cap. you won't be disappointed. also who doesn't like a package of snacking bacon 😋

Cocoa, Florida 520 Brevard County location I heard multiple supervisors and managers and more have been fired. The last four years I worked for two of the best locations ranked Indonesian and I have yet to get a callback or a response and it seems they are not trying to hire the right people on purpose. This is a shame because it’s in a low income area, but in a city of wealth. They literally are doing this on purpose and ruining opportunities for people. That’s a shame.

Was getting one everyday until yesterday. Worker refused to make my drink with less concentrate. Already emailed customer service but haven't heard back. The tropical guava refresher is my fav, but only with the lighter concentrate. If I have to drink it at the regular concentration level, I just won't drink it at all. It's also an option on the app and website, which I told the barista. She still refused to make it because "they get complaints". I'm not going to complain about you making a drink how I like it! 🙄

Stopped for a couple of donuts on a Friday evening and waited at least 7 minutes to order. Got an apology for that, ordered and there was one car at the window. 3-5 minutes later it pulled out then I sat for 10 minutes at the window with no acknowledgment! I watched a couple employees laughing and chatting with a few people inside and someone (regular customers or a food delivery driver) gathering some drinks that were already made but no one even came to the window. I was already told they had the donuts so I’m not sure why I couldn’t just pay and be on my way. Terrible experience and I will never go back!
Don't waste your time using the app as I made an order and paid for it and went to Duncan donuts in Paterson New York they did not have what I ordered so I ended up not taking my order whatsoever and at that location you have to call dunkin' donuts to get a refund so I did I did receive a phone call back and they wanted me to go and talk to the store manager well the problem I have with that is when I get off of work the store manager is not there so therefore I can't talk to a store manager and now I'm out $27 as they never gave me a refund so on top of not using the app I probably will not go to dunkin' donuts no more
