VERY disappointed in our first time there. The “beer battered” cod tasted odd and the breading was heavy and hard. The owner was extremely rude and condescending when I told her about it before leaving as she had never come to talk to us after we complained to the waitress. She even claimed the waitress offered to take the dinners back, but she had not. She simply kept saying sorry about that. We won’t be back and she told me she didn’t care because she has plenty of customers. Too bad because if she had tried to make it right, I was looking forward to trying her Polish food at a later date. So I just brought it home for my cats to eat, and they turned their noses up to it. Hmmm. Oh, and we waited about 40 minutes for our dinner. I am all for supporting local businesses, but this was shocking and shameful behavior on the part of the owner.

Well prepared home cooked food with a wide selection of specials...posted on the specials board.
Such a fun place to sit down and enjoy a meal. Family owned and operated. Very friendly atmosphere. I enjoy taking my wife here for lunch dates, and I'd be happy to bring the kids for a meal here when able. I'm looking forward to my next visit already!

Stopped in for takeout today and got the Turkey BLT Club. It was one of the best Turkey Club Sandwiches I've had in a long time. The only issue I have is this is listed on their current menu at $8.49 and comes with a pickle, fries, and a cup of soup. I arrive to pick it up and the lady (who was very nice by the way) says $14.74. Ummm, that's $6.25 above what the current menu indicates it is sold for. Truth be told, it should sell for about $12. It is just aggravating that businesses ARE NOT held accountable for a lack of transparency to their customers. Now, I will probably return to try some breakfast items, but I will verify pricing before ordering. Here is a snapshot of the menu section I picked up today. Sadly, the "pickle" never made it into the to-go order today, and the soup was pretty much inedible and bland as could be.
